My guild generally just uses Negotiations to get some actions from players that are attrition maxed as far as battles go. I wouldn't be surprised to see more of that against blue regions.
The gap between top guilds with (near) 80 active players and the "second tier" guilds has to be reduced, or the whole GG will die and only be a playground just for the top guilds in each world. Giving the rewards buildings only to the new Diamond league and there maybe only to the top three will lead to an even bigger gap between the few guilds that can win and the others that struggle. Taking away the option to drop to the 975 or 925 Diamond and have a chance to win the building will make it even more pointless to try and get to the 1000 points - next round will be a beating anyway, with hardly any chance to even do a few hundret fights, as the top guilds with all their boosting towers will just hand over the sectors much faster than any "not top notch" guild ever could. As a result, the more active players of the mid tier guilds will be frustrated and try to get into one of the top guilds, and in the end, all the midtier will dissolve. My suggestion: Delete all the GG towers from the game right away, and give a malus to the top guilds, depending on what they won up to now, until they are at the same level as any medium ranked guild. Don't strengthen the top guilds, weaken them.
in my world there is only 2 guilds that dominate, we finished 1st and 2nd in over a year now, its already happening in some worlds, the strongest benefit the most making them even stronger, gap getting bigger not smaller, maybe this will help platinum league become cheaper and easier to compete in but overall it wont close the gap, probably make it even bigger cause the top guilds have more goods and can negotiate even if they don't have a lot of blue , and they can also get more blue during events.
Agreed on the rewards per season :) Also; as an overarching goal for GBG, Id include a free pass available for everyone. Make it give frags from the temporary season buildings and tourney grounds so that even players in bronze can get a few of those frags if they really try their best. Maybe include older frags / rainbow frags that can be used to finish older tower kits?
I disagree regarding the new Province Buildings, the field outpost can turn a low value province in the outskirts of the map into a high value province producing more than 400 vp per hour and drastically increase the ammount of vps that a guild can produce. I have a city in the beta server and at one point the top1 guild in my GvG map was producing over 10k vps per hour, thanks to the ammount of Advanced Field Outposts that they built.
the high cost make them interesting, u want to use then wisely, when and where it gives u they most benefit, no point using it if u already know u finish 3rd last day but on day 1 on the correct places it can give a guild a big lead , guild goods (any goods honestly) will def become more valuable now with these new much stronger buildings.
My idea for getting old gbg towers is something along the lines of the current small building fragments you can get from gbg in diamond, but the chances of getting the fragments the same to getting diamonds. So you'd get 1 or 2 fragments from an older gbg tower in platinum league, or maybe 5 in diamond league. That way, it'll still take a while to get them, but at least everyone in those leagues has a shot instead of just continuing to collect useless inventory clutter.
Need better matching on smaller servers. Or make the larger guilds make more fights per zone. Example more zones you keep less step you gain on a zone. At the starts it takes 300 fights, If you own more then your share of zones you only get 1 step per 5 fight in the zone. If your guild own 50% you need 20 fights per step to gain the zone. In that way smaller guilds can stay abreast.
As you need more goods per Neg with higher attrition make GBG Neg rewards scale up and higher hit value as well. Most of all get rid of the 6 pack Neg in GBG, its the slowest of the slow or at least make it have a much higher % for a reward...like 80% at least and a 10% chance at a diamond reward.
If you are in a guild that in moderately active, you just stay in the base doing nothing, if you are in guild that is way too active you rarely get to attack something...if you are in a guild and you are the active one and the other are not that active, you will spend 15 minutes of boredom auto-attacking one sector (thanks god they introduced units auto-replacement)... I'm in all these three situation on 3 different servers. Is it me the problem or the game?
I was afraid those changes.. for the last 18 gbg edition I build a Crew with we jumping to the new 925 point guild every new gbg. Playing this tactics we won all 18 last edition without playing in top guilds. Unfortunately it’s over and we need back to the top guilds as we still wanna getting those towers
Those fragments of championship buildings are a pain. I can never get enough to build one before they switch to a new one. They should rotate like the rewards in GE. Maybe have 4 or 5 different ones and then repeat. That way after two or three cycles you could get enough. Other than bragging rights, it makes no sense to limit these rewards to only the highest rated players and guilds. They need them less than others!

Nothing will happen there. No need to. Game is just now 3 phase now. Before AF, AF - SAJM, and 3rd phase is after Titan. Everything is scaled and fps boost is only for players to be able to complete everything
How do you see the competition for the championship buildings changing? It seems to me like if 2 of the 6 seasons in Diamond league will now be isolated in the groups of 4, then the #2 to #4 guilds are unlikely to win 1st place for those 2 seasons. Is that not problematic for those guilds in trying to assemble the championship building kits?
reaching a certain guild level should have an appropriate reward after all these updates.5 fp per day for level 14 is 'a bit' on the low side nowadays, right?
Removing redundancy is a tenet of good game design. This seems like a bad decision long term. Instead of unifying blue boosts into the rest of the game they just made it a clone of red boosts. Redundant and lazy, and I think InnoGames needs to pull a 180 on this
It's getting too time consuming playing, and changes too even out costs for smaller guilds are too little too late, would really like too see some server merges as worlds in smaller countries are lacking players, or reduse clan size so there are more active clans
I am tired of all the changes. It is not even the same game it was when I started. I am ready to quit. The game is like a full- time job now. And I have 2 worlds. There is zero fun in playing anymore.
Another Update. Another reason to quit. While there are good changes, another increase in diamond cost, and the deminishing returns of a fighter city takes more and more fun away from the game 😐😐. Ty uber for the Video !

At 1 min 07 s, you mentioned that the Emporium will help a lot in terms of defence in the new GBG, but isnt the defence stats of the Emporium just for general defence? It doesn't have defence boosts to GBG, unlike the Flower Arboretum, which you mention shortly after? I am quite confused.
General defense helps with gbg, and isn't specific to just gbg. +60 attack for defending army counts in pvp/cmap, guild expeditions (blue), and guild battlegrounds (blue) whereas +60 attack for defending army in guild battlegrounds counts for guild battlegrounds (blue)

Yeah, but with like 2 seconds between the attacks, so that you can either fight manually as fast as you want, or automatically very much slower.
