Thank you for making this straightforward tutorial. Rite to the point and very detailed. Thank you. My local grow shop said that this would be the last pH meter meter i would buy, saif hes had his over a year and the quick cal feature sold me I believe. I went home and returned the new Bluetooth Apera I had just got in the mail a couple days prior back to Amazon, sent it rite back no problem 😉

if i have a new probe however after multiple calibrations it prob health shows as low...id it my fault or was i sent a bad probe? also when arrived the probe cover had no liquid in it
Hi there! Sometimes the liquid can spill or dry up. It is important that you add the liquid back in for rehydration. The probes can also go askew after a lot of use. This is not something that you did, but rather the probe starting to go bad. Please email tech@hannainst.com and they would be more than happy to help you fix this.
I followed your footsteps exactly. but when it got to where it said (H I 5036 use)all of a sudden the use said wrong. and it stayed as wrong….can you please explain to me what’s wrong lol.
You mean Hanna meters do anything but say "error" every single time you try to calibrate them? I bought a Hanna Groline PH meter AND a Hanna TDS/EC. Ended up returning both of them. Hanna is total garbage
