Motion Tracker V2 with PIRs, Arduino and Servo

Here is my program modified motion tracker. Works well but 2.5 second servo lag time delays it's movements a bit. See

hi jim? can you help me? i'm just using 2 PIR only for example, it's works but the trouble is it just can working for 2 times only. can you solve my trouble?

I sympathize with you about your problem but I have no real expertise in electronics and no PIRs to experiment with. Sorry.
