I had thyroid in my childhood and I have always been that person who takes a lot of time to speak about something I am feeling. My throat is always sore and I never understood why my throat is always sore even in the summers. Even if I would have warm water regularly my throat is always like that. Thanks a lot for this wonderful video on throat Chakra. In a simplified way it is explained and I'm one who is having throat chakra blocked wrt behavioural aspects. I'll start using affirmation therapy and sound therapy as i love it to unblock the chakra. Very important chakra for present life to carry on.

I have a query. My sound shivers and feel guilt. when I share my true feeling or when I demand some thing. Is it also because of throat chakra or some other chakra.
I don't know but I think it's due to this chakra only.
I thought guilt comes more from Sacral (sense of self). If you’re feeling hesitant to speak your truth for fear of judgement by others or by judgement of yourself.
