- Sacral Chakra is second important Chakra amongst 7 Chakras . Its also called swadisthan chakra . This chakra is closely related to root chakra . It is also called the womb chakra. and it deals with the emotions, sexual energy and sensual energy. When blocked, one feels emotionally stuck , constipated, insecure , unsettled and afraid.

Its not always possible to forgive and forget if there is reoccuring toxicity, hard to avoid. Many people can come from less loving homes.

Trauma which is a psychic wound , is in my oppinion all about the sacral chakra - water element - mental body. Because as you said it is about receptivity, sensetivity. And we are the most receptive and sensetive as babies, and children. And water element is soo big in our body. The water element is called Jal in sanskrit, its interesting cause in our language Macedonian we have simmilar word, it sounds the same just the letter is different it is - жал. And it means grief, sadness.
