- With Outlaw X fast approaching, my coach and I decided it'd be a good idea to make sure I'm not giving away anything on the bike with my position. Kathryn and I headed down to see George Fox, a specialist aerodynamic bike fitter, to see what gains we could find.

That was a great insight into how getting some help can improve in form so much 👍🏃
Yeah, very useful insight from George.
Awesome content, awesome vid my friend, love what you create. As another small fellow creater love supporting you in your journey...🔥
Thank you so much!
Looking fast dude 👌🏻
Thanks man, just gotta be fast now 😂
That final position looked amazing, how is it comfort wise?
Pretty good tbh, few rides between now and outlaw to get really used to it but it's been surprisingly comfy so far!
Gainzz!
I hope so!
I’m thinking of starting to get into triathlons! Any tips?
Join a club or get a coach- best way to fast track through the learning/beginner stage. They'll answer any questions you might have, and probably limit the mistakes you'd make!
I decided to do that at 57, Google search and entered one, it's a very friendly sport.
Super cool! Have you noticed any results from changing your bike position yet?
I'm yet to get out and test it in on a race course, so will let you know when I do!
What helmet are you using?
Bell Javelin, hopefully going to test a few others this year 🤞
I was kinda hoping you weren’t going to get any faster tbh
Well the state my legs have been in recently should make sure of that
