  • With just a few simple steps, and a little bit of baking time, you’ll have an elegant dessert with Raffaello Pralines, coconut and almonds.
    Ingredients for 12 pcs
    1 cup (measuring ingredients) or 8 fluid ounces = 237 ml
    Ingredients:
    For the Cupcakes:
    • 200 g - 7 oz - 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
    • 1 tsp of baking soda
    • 130 g - 4,6 oz - ½ cup canola or vegetable oil
    • 200 ml - 1 cup buttermilk
    • 150 g - 5,3 oz - ¾ cup granulated sugar
    • 2 eggs M size
    • ½ tsp of salt
    White Chocolate Cream:
    • 300 g - 10,5 oz - good quality white chocolate chips
    • 200 ml - 1 cup heavy cream min. 35% fat
    • 2 tbsp mascarpone cheese (optional)
    Decoration:
    • Raffaello Ferrero Pralines
    • 40 g - 1,4 oz - almond chopped
    • 40 g - 1,4 oz - coconut grounded dried flakes
