@@elleyam6876 ceramic tile is my favourite to work on because it can go straight into the oven.

Yes, you do need an oven to cure polymer clay.

How do you sand them?

I have a Dremel that I use with a buffer to get rid of the rough edges but you can just use really fine sandpaper that works well too!
