[ USA Bus ] $2.50 Highway Express Service, Harbor Freeway to LA Union Station, Metro J Line

Transferred from LA Metro C Line (formerly Green Line) light rail to LA Metro J Line (formerly Silver Line) rapid transit bus at Harbor Freeway station, and rode J Line Bus 910 from Harbor Freeway station to LA Union Station (September 26, 2021)
J Line is a 38-mile (61-km) bus rapid transit route that runs between El Monte, CA and San Pedro, CA via Downtown LA.
LA Metro renamed the line from Silver Line to the J Line in 2020.

I am not a specialist, so please contact LA Metro to get official information. In my understanding, Even if you purchase Los Angeles Metro 7-Day Pass, you need to add 75¢ when riding the J Line (Silver) or Express Buses, I think.

Not necessarily. If they installed platform doors, it would help with the noise and make the platform safer. The benefit of building light rail like this is that you get a completely grade separated route that can travel at near heavy rail speeds.
