Thanks to the metro line across the city, there's no traffic jams in the city. People on the roads obeys the rules strictly also.
This is probably the only country where culture and technology co-exist with each other without problems.

この乗務員さんは新人さんですかね。
ハンドルの持ち方と言い、ウインカー出したと同時にハンドルを切り始めるあたりを見ると、とても経験の長い首都高を走り慣れた乗務員ではない事がわかります。
車両は比較的新しい車両ですが扱う乗務員がこれでは少し勿体ない気がします。
