Great to see your work! We are roughly above 1.000 hours with our build right now and we haven’t even started with the Wings and the installation of the engine… In my case priming all the parts and wiring all the avionics myself are probably the biggest time-consuming things…
I used Midwest Panel Builders for my wiring harness and panel, but there is still a significant amount of things to do wiring wise. If you did all your wiring, I imagine it did add a significant amount of time. I couldn’t fathom taking that on for my first build. I think I spend at least 100 hours on the priming and alodining.
