Your laugh gets me every time ! Love it! Little Alaskans is our favorite pocket diaper (it’s all we use is pockets). I LOVE the prints, AWJ, the snaps (always strong), large opening, tummy panel, fits well (even for our 3 year old). Everything is great about it.
I’ve actually noticed that my laugh has changed in the way that it sounds 😂 more joyful nowadays lol I actually have LA, I forgot to include it lol. It’s somewhere in these baskets 😂
It's so funny how each mamma is different! I prefer a tight pocket opening, it just looks and feels cleaner. I don't like an open floppy pocket opening. I also really like the front opening because I like pulling the insert thru. I can just dip a few fingers in, grab hold of the edge of the insert and pull thru. Keeping my hands out of the pocket is a really nice option for me. But YES on the tummy panel. Make those nice and big. I'll need to look into stretchy tabs! Thanks!
Love Stout House!!! I love them because the size range is great I only had one when my daughter was newborn but she wore it when she was 7lbs and she’s currently wearing it at 20 lbs with soo much room to grow! So if you want to cloth from birth I think this is a good option without having to buy a newborn stash😀 also the athletic wicking jersey inside is soo much more breathable in the Texas heat which is a much since we are always out
My favorite pockets are definitely Bebeboo and Rig’N’Gig. Petite Crown Swims are nearly identical to the RNG, but I looove the dual pocket opening. The fit of Bebeboo has been perfection on my LL. I do like the general size of OS, because larger sizes are pretty poofy on my petite girl. Also, definitely team pockets, but I love using all the different styles.

Loved this video I'm one of those people who likes trimmer at the crotch but maybe when my infant gets older I'll appreciate all that extra material. And I'm also that in-between pocket diaper opinion girl, don't love or hate LOL butttt I'm only in this game for a few months so take that with a grain of salt but so far I'm in love with my la petite ourse pocket diapers. I love my Applecheeks too but my girl is already at the last buttons and she's only 5 months 😲
Those Stout house diapers look amazing! Definitely a brand I need to look into getting soon! With everything going on with Kai and his belly I'd day it's a safe bet he will potty train late and idk how much longer OS diapers are going to fit him since he has already outgrown some brands. Girl, I swear this video was made just for me after talking to you on Instagram this week a couple of times.😂 Right now my favorite brands are the Happy Beehinds and ELF. Man, I LOVE my ELF stretchy tabs and huge plus for me is there is only 2 snaps on the tabs! The fit is god enough. I’m totally with you on the fact that all one size diapers could be and inch bigger. But the pocket on ELF is super nice and roomy, and it has a tummy panel.
I loved to watch this video. Unforrunatly its all diapers that are not avaiable in my country. I love elf pocket diapers the best. Big hidden pocket opening, tummy pannel, strechy tabs, and the affordable price. And they held up great so far.
Okay I want to start off by saying, I love your make up 😍 My favorite pocket is the petite crown swim because I actually love the tight opening because when it’s big I’ve notice it moves more and I don’t like that.💜 You’re the reason I found PC, so thank you🎉 you’re also the reason I fell in love with AWJ 😂 I also really like snappy greens pocket diapers, the huge downfall to that pocket is that it has a middle opening and that sucks when babe poops 🙈 but I love the fit and the prints are just gorgeous. I prefer covers but those two pockets are the ones I reach for the most when I do use pockets for family members🥰

@@JaysNest favorite covers I’d have to say Petite crown OS keeper. I like the catcher as well but only for nighttime or if I’m using a fitted during the day. Thirsties size 2 duos are great too. I love it because it’s thin and seems very breathable. Perfect to go over fitteds as well. Nickis diapers is a brand I loved and would recommend but I’ve noticed that some snaps are easy to unsnap on some of the diapers (not all) I need double gussets for me to be in love with covers. I prefer no flaps but if it has it I don’t mind it.
Hey your video was so informative. Elsewhere I saw the LPO ones were very sought after. Do you like those ? My LO is tiny. I did mostly fitted + covers on my newborn and found size 1 osocozy too wide on the crotch for him. Diaper rite newborn fits wonderfully. So I am guessing I will be better off with HBH pockets. Excited to get the one size pocket stash as he outgrows his GMD workhorses.

The number one reason pockets are my favorite - one surface for poop removal. Runner up reasons are the stay dry lining and easy to put on. I agree with you on best linings and long tabs, but I like hip snaps. My son is skinny, so it helps keep the extra material in place and makes it a little harder for him to unsnap. My current favorites are Bebeboo (con- the tummy panel flips out), Thirsties (con- lining), Simple Being (con- tight opening). MK (con- short tabs, no tummy panel) I think I'd really like Rig n Gig, but my stash is big enough. My sister's favs are Lalabye, Rig n Gig, and Bebeboo.
Our favorite pocket diaper brands are Little Alaskans and Fluff Journey. My son is allergic to microsuede and microfleece so AWJ is a must. They also fit well since he is tall and skinny!!

Actually just discovered a new WAHM cloth brand! McCozy bottoms! They fit my babe so WELL and are the best diapers I have ever tried! Also a huge Bungies fan!!
I think my pocket diaper preferences are the opposite of yours 😂 My favorite pockets are Cutie Caboose and Teeny Tots Tushies. They are very roomy and very SOFT, grey AWJ lining and nice tummy panels. They do have hip snaps and elastic pocket openings (which I prefer). And I just love their prints and quality. When my baby was smaller, I liked Texas Tushies the best.
Question about the Stout House Diaper. In you unboxing pf the diapers i noticed the inserts have a snap on them. Where is the snap on the inside of the Stout House diaper to attach the insert?
My perfect cloth diaper has the following: Black AWJ (sprays off so nicely and hides stains) Cross over snaps (for when its dirty, but mostly because my guy is tiny and has a small waist)🦰 3×4 rise settings (more adjustability) Bottom hip snaps ( I dont like it on the top, but the bottom ones helps it to stay into place) Stretchy tabs😍 (just speaks for itself) Long tabs 🤦♀️ Front and back elastics( just helps to contain messes better Front tummy panel (helps for the tummy sleeper)
Got a huge lot of BG pockets when I was just starting out. They all had relaxed elastics so I only replaced 15 diapers elastic. I actually prefer my alvas because they just fit so much better. My slim 15 mo daughter is already on the second to last row of snaps on the BG, but the alvas she's still nearly all the way snapped in 🤷🏼♀️
That's what I'm struggling with my toddler is 20 months in new to CD and most of these 35+ lbs of diapers barely even fit her!? She's not even a big baby. I'm trying to get everything prepared I have another baby girl coming in 6 weeks!!
You should look into HBH’s revised version of the Grand (their extended pocket). They did some great updates! And I agree, I love Stout House and I’d love HBH Perfect Fit in an extended size.
I love my lalabye baby with color snap. Charlie banana, fuzzibunz, and totsbot easy fit with nursery them. That was an all in one with long tough System. Blueberries pockets diapers., I'm in my 40S so it has been a long time, but now my daughter is doing it and is loving the prints. Ragababe is all in 2 but she has great quality diapers but pricy. 42.00 a pop.
My Prerequisites: Waist and thigh snap Wide pocket opening Soft cozy fleece Matching fleece *bonus* No generic white snaps😖 My fav pocket diapers are Nickis and Imagine because they are roomy I love the fuzzy thick fleece I just imagine that being super soft and cozy on babies bum and I love how they sometimes match the fleece to the outside of the diaper I also love honeybuns pockets she has a ton of front snaps but I love the look of it😍 she also matches the inner fleece to the outside and even coordinates the snaps and sometimes even has different shaped snaps like stars and hearts 🥰 the pocket is a bit narrow not my fav there and they are on the pricier side for a pocket but they are well worth it. I like mama koala it’s a decent diaper imo I’m a lil boojie with my brands but of the less expensive diapers I’d definitely recommend mama koala I’d just switch out the microfiber for a flat or prefold or even a fst

I love diaper safari pockets. I don’t think they are making them any longer. I like the front and back pocket, microsuede, nice tight elastic, they have a hip snaps but they really fit the thighs. They also have very nice PUL that lasts and lasts!
I haven’t seen diaper safari in years. Nicki from Nicki’s diaper owned that brand and website. She sold her Nicki’s diaper website to an e-commerce company. Idk what happened to her diaper safari brand though. She should’ve moved it over to her Nicki’s website! They were such an affordable diaper
My favourite pockets have to be littles and bloomz previously little bloom and before that yellow bloom originally thought that they were Alva but using the newborn pockets they are bigger I can get my hand in to stuff them now the b,t,p they are very similar to Alva but they seem to be better quality, they come in both snaps and hook and loop apart from newborn size hook and loop only they have their tags stiched to their inserts unlike Alva makes removing the inserts soo much easier and less gross

A lot of companies really listen to customers about what they want, so maybe we can push companies to make their diapers a little bigger 😉

Country Cloth Diapers are HUGE. Downside they’ve had bad elastics 😔 but the owner is trying to rectify the problem.
