Chile co washing consistently(even when I used clarifying shampoo on a schedule) for a year, my hair broke off and dried out tremendously!! I need my sulfates and alll that 😂😂
This is the TRUTH! My hair starting growing once i deep conditioned and shampooed my hair weekly. I always get product build up when Co-wash! Anddddddd can I just say Miche is the TRUTH, best deep conditioner hands down!!!!

I have learned so much from you. Bit by bit, I have been putting your tips in my routine over the last year. This video was like a melting pot of all the tips together and I’m here for it. I’m so happy that now our wash days are IDENTICAL and my hair is thriving. I’m low porosity, 3c/4a like you. My hair loooooves wash day and stays soft from one to the next now that it’s trained to accept and hold moisture. I wash every 5 days and sooner if it feels dry (another thing I learned from you, sometimes you gotta bump that schedule and just LISTEN TO YOUR HAIR). Me and my juicy hair thanks ya friend👌🏾🙌🏾

I just tried this today and let me tell y’all....my mf hair so soft and popping 🤘🏽🤘🏽💯💯. This works!!!! Literally follow allll these steps (I did not use these products) NOW something extra I did that I feel like really set my deep condition game off was after I detangle with tresemme curl hydration condition, I rinsed it out with steaming hot water. When I normally wash my hair I use warm water but not the temperature I normally bathe with but when I rinsed out the conditioner today, I used the temperature I bathe with to open my cuticles alllll the way up and then I used the TGIN hair mask and girls, I did not use as much as I was before I did my deep conditioner in the shower. It made my hair feel soooo soft and moisturized. Then I used as I am leave in.

I really think I have low porosity hair, because as soon as I step out of the shower, my hair dries up. So I'm going to try adding leave in the shower like you suggest!
I love this so much. Your always very detailed and informative. Since following your video I’ve been able to successfully achieve a wash and go. On on top of that I can personally say that my curls have been healthier and I’m retaining length as well. I have e a few spots that I need to work I. But I feel with consistency it will get better.

Finally ordered my Miche dc and leave in! Thanks for the wash day tips. Putting my leave on in the shower has greatly improved my results and keeping a warm 360 spray bottle!
Tip for clay users: I put aminos in my clay mask mix with some carrier (avocado and olive(or sweet almond) and essential oils. My hair started to define like never before and I found that I have bangs and that's why my wash n go's turned out crazy! So it also helps to know which styles would work on my hair at the length it's at now
