Microgreens is a great way to add more nutrients in your diet. I had a lot of fun growing them and adding them in my meals. Hope you all enjoyed watching this video and thank you for stopping by! 🙏❤
Found your channel after watching you crochet your lovely coasters. Enjoyed your micro greens video. Would love to try growing micro greens, going to look into it, but know absolutely nothing it!!!! Wish me luck. Any pointers on supplies???? I also subscribed 😊
Thank you very much for watching and subscribing! Microgreens are super easy to grow and you don't need anything fancy. You can use any kind of trays...plastic takeout containers, egg cartons, etc. For soil, you can use regular indoor planting soil or coconut coir like what I used in the video. I prefer coconut coir because its a clean soilless medium. A spray water bottle will be helpful. That's pretty much it for supplies besides seeds, water, and sunlight! 😊
Thank you for watching! You can reuse them but I don't because it's quite root bound. After I harvest the greens, I take the coir outside and just scatter them in the garden. 😊
