The plants are a nice perfect accent for the home exterior. I really like the sidelights by the entrance door. Spacious kitchen ! I like the veiw of the tree outside the family area window. Love the large windows! The trees I can see from the balcony are a pleasant sight! Excellent Owners room closet! Beautiful family home.

$750,000 for an unfurnished box house in Ghana,not sure which people are buying these properties, buh one thing I can say is y’all ripping them off.
Maybe politicians house help can afford this. 😂
There’s a lot of factors that play into the price of a property. Very significant to consider is the location, unfortunately the location for the property has a high price point for a plot of land & unless you get to the property, you might not the finishing touches of it. I sometimes understand your sentiments, but we’re working thoroughly to make our market more attractive to all buyers. About the politicians, three out of four have been sold to the ordinary Ghanaian.
Let’s do our research sometimes and get to work, this shouldn’t be an avenue for trying to deter people from houses in Ghana. 😊
