I would assume that the rich would have expansive yards and beautiful landscaping with shade trees, and flowers. The house is beauitiful, but the area has sparse greenery and looks cramped and crowded to me. Without ample shade trees, it seems that the air would be overheated and stuffy outside..
There are different levels to wealth. A wealthy individual will build on 2 or more plots of land, with ample space for all you mentioned. In my opinion, this is an amazing property within its price range.

@@CODREALTYPROPERTIES I do believe you. Indoors they do not look stuffy, but maybe the google maps are lying about the outdoor air quality.
I live where we are not rich, but shade trees are in every yard. I love open green spaces and lots of fresh air. I love to look out the window and see nature. I never liked the city here because it is claustrophobic and increases my anxiety, even though it has shade trees-because everything is built so close together.(and I hate city traffic!) I like Ghana better because of the privacy fences around every house, but it needs more trees. Trees make fresh air and cool the ground with their shade. Someday I will move to Ghana, but it must be away from the city where the trees are.

@@annrose8469 I hope not, but either way things need to change. This is why Accra is so hot and we also have floods all the time. Trees help absorb water, etc. And greenery is beautiful and healthy.

The houses are nice however, as a spoiled American the landscape is very boring and the houses are too close. Where is the grass, trees and flowers? I've notice from other videos landscaping is always absent. It this part of ur custom?
@GloriaPitts-qp8mo Even poor "hoods" in MN get trees, lawns, flowers and parks. We don't need to be rich to get them. I think they may be trying too hard to build alot quickly, Maybe they are going overboard to prove that they don't "live in the jungle". But those who are coming don't need to be convinced of that. If they want us to buy the homes, it would be wise to consider our preferences.( many of us may be too polite to share our preferences.)

Why would anyone want to live let along purchase property on or around Lagos Avenue? East Legon might be a prime location but not all areas within it are good.
If you don’t know Accra very well please ask about Lagos Avenue before even consider purchasing property there or off one of the side roads.

You can can your furnitures or rearrange it . Unless you want your house to be built with plywoods so you can change it whenever you want you can do that.
My next door neighbor can literally hear me clap my wife’s cheeks at night. Literally no privacy
