Not worth it for Ghana, unfortunately. Where's the green space, and there's no room for expansion-the property feels too narrow. One thing I don’t understand about Ghana is the claim of safety, yet we still see cameras and barbed wire around properties, making them look like prison camps. That’s why it’s always better to buy land and build your own place. However, I do like some of the decor. To justify the cost, they threw in a pool and jacuzzi, and of course, the fact that it's located in East Legon. We trying to get of out the west rat race, but Ghana is also turning like the west so we need to rush, buy and build before its too late.

In general, this is a beautiful property! Magnificent location! The major problem I have is that the design and layout of the property and each dwelling is incredibly inefficient; a little bit illogical and not fully capitalizing on the scenic natural landscape. I’m impressed by the water and energy systems in place, but I see many changes that would need to take place in order to market and fully monetize this as a thriving resort business. For $3M USD, I’d want the organization and aesthetics to be a lot more appealing than this. Moreover, the position in a developing country and continuing depreciation of the cedi makes that price a no for me.

Stunning property, tastefully decorated in a beautiful location. I think price point is on the high side (for Ghana) but I can't fault the property or location. One of your best properties so far!! Love the design, the use of windows to allow natural light, greenery throughout...No tacky marbles or shiny tiles in sight.. Yay!!! Just my kind of property... But obviously this is more than just a residential property so it will suit someone looking for a property with hotel /air Bnb type business .
