It’s not about doing a window shopping, real estate investing and buying is a business and you need to find the right person or company to always lead you in the right direction
If this was in GHANA same people will price it over million dollars and say because of location!!!! Kenya’s real estate is value for money not the medíocre designs they do in GHANA and over price it on top!!! Kudos to Kenya 🇰🇪

I'm a real real estate enthusiast and trust me if I say I've seen nothing as elegant as this. I just think there's a mistake in the pricing cus there's no chance in hell that this beauty costs 380k. I've seen a plethora of mediocre houses cost double the price of this. The spaciousness and esthetics are damn unreal.
