You’re the 2nd person to post something that I really needed to hear, I’ve had a rough few days and it’s hard to think positive when you’re in that mind space...I know I have positive things going for me like my channel that I just started for example, school, etc but I doubt myself too much and I get stuck in this negative mindset...thank you for this 💙
I have started this week with waking up in the 3 seconds that my alarm goes off instead of turning it off I get up and stretch for 3 to 5 minutes than I take 3 deep breaths and say it’s “my day is today ,today will be a good day,I can do this ,today is a good day “ I than will start my routine for work ❤️🙏

Today the emotion I felt the most was fear and I started crying, I shuffled my tarot cards and got the nine of cards; strength, stamina, confidence. It says my journey is near completion but doubt and fear are running through my mind. I came on youtube and this was recommended for me.
Very vital information. Reminds me of my favorite quote. “I changed my thinking and it changed my life.” It’s all in the power of our thoughts. I’ve now gotten to place where I can change my thoughts which used to cause me even more anxiety. I still have struggle days, but I get back up and fight again the next day.
I watched this video a couple of years ago and it didn't make much sense to me but now it does to me and I'm literally in tears now as I'm struggling with depression since starting of this year. The timings are just crazy this year!!

In this big, strong and deep moment of inner transformation all the anxiety, fears, negative and old mindset are trying to take control of My life, again. But I know I dont want to attract The same things anymore so i have to become a new healthy person. I am trasforming for being ready for a new brand Life
