I've spotted a funny scene lately. It's the episode where they're supposed to go rafting with Mr Belding's brother. They are all on a big canoe pretending they're on a wild river. Zack & Kelly are supposed to be dating at the time and behind them are Lisa & Screech. Several times Kelly is putting one hand on Zack's knee and he nervously but smartly moves it away so that there is no intimate touching. They go back and forth with Kelly finally insisting on having both her hands on his knee until he can't undo it; so his reflex is to spontaneously turn around and look at Lark, whom is sat behind him, with a big smile. Lark couldn't see Kelly's hands but it was as if MP needed to look at the one that really counted and escape from Kelly invading his personal space, even if for 2 short seconds. I don't know if Tiff was really acting there or trying to get closer to MP irl but it was obvious MP wasn't acting and was not interested. Thought that was very telling, cute and funny altogether. "he's not that into you" written all over that scene 😂

Especially when putting all these tidbits together. Maybe you haven't but if you pay attention to the very last scene of that same epi, when they all sing a Xmas song together, Mario has his arm around Lark's shoulder and Lark's holding Mario's hand, caressing it in a real friendship manner, singing along and smiling. MPG is sat on a chair and you can see him staring at her several times hoping for some eye contact. There are some but Lark is really into the singalong, the Xmas vibe and smiling at Mario and everyone else, not focusing on MPG as much as he would expect i guess. You'll see MPG is looking damn serious whilst watching them touching and being close and happy. You can feel the jealousy right through the screen!

She was a perfectly coherent person when she was on saved by the bell, and like so many other young actors that have to deal with stress and other problems, she dove head-first into pharmaceuticals... and probably from a young age, abused anti-anxiety meds, anti-depressants, muscle relaxers, beta-blockers, painkillers, etc, etc.... she didn't live 20 years as a successful actress and then wake up one morning and say "Darn, I seem to have contracted a bad case of bipolar schizophrenia or something... oh well" Nah, she's been living a lifetime of mixing pharmaceuticals that there really is no data or information about. I work in the healthcare field and believe me, there is no paragraph in any medical book that says "If you're a popular child actress experiencing ridiculous amounts of stress and you take 15 different kinds of meds each day as well as (possibly) alcohol, cocaine, etc, then this is the exact diagnosis ________ and you must do _______ to recover. If you continue these habits for the next decade this is what will happen _______" It's not as simple as all these simple-minded people think: "Well, if you are depressed, take an anti-depressant. If you have a headache, take an aspirin. If you have an infection, take an antibiotic." Whenever you start mixing medications, with each one it multiplies the amount of side-effects and potential physical AND mental problems EXPONENTIALLY... just ask Heath Ledger.... oh wait......
I appreciate your response. I wish that there weren't so many problems in the world but because this can not be helped, we have to condition ourselves to identify the stressors and surround ourselves with support by those who really love us. I know that this is easier said than done. I also know that we have to live life on our own terms, some of us get it and some...well you eluded to it in your response.
Her issues are not because of pharmaceuticals but rather her marriage to her first husband. Her mother hinted in an article I read that things surrounding her divorce in 2001 with her first husband traumatized her. The divorce (she was the one who filed for divorce) took three long years before it was finalized in 2004. Lark herself in that very same article said that her marriage caused her to go into a deep depression. So, it was not drugs that sent her spiraling it was her marriage.
I really was a zach and lisa fan i shipped them it's really sad what happened to her life i really will pray for her health and happiness i really hope she comes out the other side of it and keep winning 🙏 may god be with her to help her through it.
P.S Maybe they can have another reunion once she's all healthy again and and maybe lark and mark meet again when she is healthy let it be in the stars.
TBH Lisa or Kelly I was okay with. Zack always had love for Kelly because that's his soulmate, but him and Lisa definitely had a strong bond, chemistry and and always had love for each other but didn't want to ruin the friendship they've always had since they were little kids. They're childhood friends. I'm glad he's with Kelly but I also wish the show explored his relationship with Lisa like they did with Tori.
Yeah, it was silly to bring Tori on that last season to fill Kelly's shoes when they already established Zack had feelings for Lisa. But I wish they had resolved that in the show like they did with Jessie. Though TBH the whole Jessie episode was shoehorned in to make Zack a playboy.

On top of that, in the Glee Club episode he completely speaks from the heart about how gorgeous Lake looked from her lip colour to her jewelry. They were so cute!

@@markilew250 I watched the panel too and frankly it upset me that Mark-Paul disregarded his relationship with Lark. However based off the body language of Mark-Paul and Mario when the girl asked her question they know that he was with Lark. In fact Mark-Paul deflected and didn't really answer her question. I think he doesn't want to talk about Zack & Lisa or Lark. Which I take as its too personal but Mark-Paul did/does love Lark.
@@CAllen-kh2xb I noticed as well exactly what you have just described from that panel with Mario & Mark. And I also completely agree with you, Mark-Paul obviously really did love Lark. I have also heard this from a lot of people who were aware of their relationship. Plus, how can I forget how very obvious and real that Bayside Triangle episode (along with some others) was. Then also you have him suddenly within these last recent years be in shows where he is either having a woman of color as his love interests or he is being very protective of one (well the little black girl): Pitch, The Passage, and Mixed-ish. I know Mark-Paul has had his share of shows not lasting but I recall from an interview he did last year, he openly admitted he personally chooses specific shows he wants to do. It seems possible MP is trying to relive or re-experience what he had with Lark? He maybe happily married to his current wife but I get a sense if he was so much over Lark after all these years, why behave (along with Mario's help) like he did from the panel? Everyone has exes and it is not like his years ago relationship with Lark was that unknown. So, based on that, this tells me at the very least he still has a soft-spot for his first love which is Lark Voorhies.
@@markilew250 I completely agree, I was actually thinking the same thing when I saw the mixed-ish trailer. There's no way Lark didn't cross his mind, he's probably feeling very nostalgic. It actually makes sense with the timing of the panel and his new show. I was also thinking maybe Mark-Paul and Lark are communicating again. That could be a reason why Mario reacted the way he did. It's well known that Mark-Paul & Mario are close friends so if anyone knows what's going on it would be Mario. Regardless of what is going on, I defiantly don't think the Mark-Paul & Lark story (or at least friendship) is over.

I don't want to give my hopes up though but regardless Mark-Paul's behavior (and Mario's) from that panel and all these recent years shows he has been doing (including Mixed-ish) seems very telling. That was the first thing that came into my mind as well with him 'feeling very nostalgic'.

My feels!! Just watching this video right now 💕💕 they were my favorite couple that never really happened. I've spotted a funny scene lately. It's the episode where they're supposed to go rafting with Mr Belding's brother.
They are all on a big canoe pretending they're on a wild river.
Zack & Kelly are supposed to be dating at the time and behind them are Lisa & Screech.
Several times Kelly is putting one hand on Zack's knee and he nervously but smartly moves it away so that there is no intimate touching. They go back and forth with Kelly finally insisting on having both her hands on his knee until he can't undo it; so his reflex is to spontaneously turn around and look at Lark, whom is sat behind him, with a big smile.
Lark couldn't see Kelly's hands but it was as if MP needed to look at the one that really counted and escape from Kelly invading his personal space, even if for 2 short seconds. I don't know if Tiff was really acting there or trying to get closer to MP irl but it was obvious MP wasn't acting and was not interested.
Thought that was very telling, cute and funny altogether.

Maybe you haven't but if you pay attention to the very last scene of that same epi, when they all sing a Xmas song together, Mario has his arm around Lark's shoulder and Lark's holding Mario's hand, caressing it in a real friendship manner, singing along and smiling.
MPG is sat on a chair and you can see him staring at her several times hoping for some eye contact. There are some but Lark is really into the singalong, the Xmas vibe and smiling at Mario and everyone else, not focusing on MPG as much as he would expect i guess.
You'll see MPG is looking damn serious whilst watching them touching and being close and happy. You can feel the jealousy right through the screen!

She was a perfectly coherent person when she was on saved by the bell, and like so many other young actors that have to deal with stress and other problems, she dove head-first into pharmaceuticals... and probably from a young age, abused anti-anxiety meds, anti-depressants, muscle relaxers, beta-blockers, painkillers, etc, etc.... she didn't live 20 years as a successful actress and then wake up one morning and say "Darn, I seem to have contracted a bad case of bipolar schizophrenia or something... oh well" Nah, she's been living a lifetime of mixing pharmaceuticals that there really is no data or information about. I work in the healthcare field and believe me, there is no paragraph in any medical book that says "If you're a popular child actress experiencing ridiculous amounts of stress and you take 15 different kinds of meds each day as well as (possibly) alcohol, cocaine, etc, then this is the exact diagnosis ________ and you must do _______ to recover. If you continue these habits for the next decade this is what will happen _______" It's not as simple as all these simple-minded people think: "Well, if you are depressed, take an anti-depressant. If you have a headache, take an aspirin. If you have an infection, take an antibiotic." Whenever you start mixing medications, with each one it multiplies the amount of side-effects and potential physical AND mental problems EXPONENTIALLY... just ask Heath Ledger.... oh wait......
I appreciate your response. I wish that there weren't so many problems in the world but because this can not be helped, we have to condition ourselves to identify the stressors and surround ourselves with support by those who really love us. I know that this is easier said than done. I also know that we have to live life on our own terms, some of us get it and some...well you eluded to it in your response.
Her issues are not because of pharmaceuticals but rather her marriage to her first husband. Her mother hinted in an article I read that things surrounding her divorce in 2001 with her first husband traumatized her. The divorce (she was the one who filed for divorce) took three long years before it was finalized in 2004. Lark herself in that very same article said that her marriage caused her to go into a deep depression. So, it was not drugs that sent her spiraling it was her marriage.

TBH Lisa or Kelly I was okay with. Zack always had love for Kelly because that's his soulmate, but him and Lisa definitely had a strong bond, chemistry and and always had love for each other but didn't want to ruin the friendship they've always had since they were little kids. They're childhood friends. I'm glad he's with Kelly but I also wish the show explored his relationship with Lisa like they did with Tori.
Yeah, it was silly to bring Tori on that last season to fill Kelly's shoes when they already established Zack had feelings for Lisa. But I wish they had resolved that in the show like they did with Jessie. Though TBH the whole Jessie episode was shoehorned in to make Zack a playboy.
