Hong Xiu quan's 15 year old son's writing still exist today. The Qing officer who captured him forced him to write everything about the kingdom in exchange of freedom. He was however, lied to by the officer and still getting executed upon finishing his writing. He was one of the few who executed using the horrible thousand cuts slow death penalty. Most of the first hand information we know today about the kingdom came from his writing.
I know, tones...haha; there are a few mispronunciations here and there, but I tried. Starting next month, we hope to have a regular upload schedule (two videos / first and third week) along with longer, podcast-like episodes too. English and German subtitles are up!
Another very good video. I hope this channel will get more views and subscribers. As for suggestions of future topics, how about the Republic of Ezo? PS. I like the choice of illustrations you used to represent demons. Malina is obviously the best. 😉
