This bloke is pretty convincing. But is this a convict talking the talk? Some of the prison sentence is restitution and punishment. And for the victim to feel vindicated. The decision to deny this man was the correct one. I would like to know his damage in his head and how he became this way, and how many other victims are there?

High risk would be offenders that are the stereotypical, snatching children off the street, those who are HIGHLY sadistic.
In this specific case, I gotta say, thank God this guy is honestly an idiot. Part of me thought to myself "maybe this guy should have his IQ tested" then I realized that would only be to his benefit lol. Also it’s a bad argument. A drug dealer approaches you with drugs to sell for a huge profit and if you get caught selling them you go to jail. Even if they approached you, you did the illegal thing and are guilty of it, so jail. The scenario with the older child plays out and in that scenario an adult says no too. Bc you know it’s illegal and you’re an adult who has a brain and knows this wrong so you say no. It is illegal and you did the illegal thing so jail. People who fail to understand have IQs below 5, I swear.

listening to his cockroach talk made my stomach ache. victim blaming, absolute minimization, before the SURVIVOR spoke he said something about how he didnt do anything to her that she didnt want to do, and then he heard her speak about how fucking terribly this has impacted her life, and THEN he starts to try and show remorse. i couldnt believe it when he said there was nothing sexual about what he did, he also doesnt understand why its even illegal, like he is actually terrifying. i personally hope he never gets released, he is an obvious risk to the community (AVERAGE RISK SCORE THOUGH???). also couldnt believe he said that he couldnt guarantee that he wouldnt do something like this again because like "anything can happen" wtf... AND WHY IS HE ADDRESSING THE VICTIM DIRECTLY WHEN SHE TOLD HIM NOT TO. thank GOD they deny.
