Try urban coalition addons ( arccw ) , adds a decent amount of weapons with original anims, eargasmic sounds, customization and tons of conversions ( M16 has like 15+ variants that you can customize your ar to ). You can use it with arc9 EFT packs for arc9. It's literally 100% tarkov weapons in gmod. Performance wise. it's dependent on your rig but by far the most extensive weapon addon that arc9 has to offer Smorgasbord pack is just smorg. not more can be said. Ridiculous customization options, fun to use.

double check the directory where you are installing the addon, its either in the wrong place or it's already there. As for the progress of this pack, it's up in the air. It only has a handful of weapons so far and probably won't be released anytime soon.
