      At the 1:00 mark his dad says “nobody want to see him die.” Oh sir……you are mistaken. I hate that he’s your son, but he has taken a human life, severely wounded another with intent to kill, and forever changing the lives of hundreds in the process. He did this as an act of pure selfishness as a means to try to get out of trouble. He didn’t care about their lives. Now we don’t give a fuck about his.

Cops should have been aggressive with non compliant individual. If you do not like it, file complaint, sue. Cops did not even beat him but were too nice. After certain point, it undermines who is in charge and that is bad. Go fight in court but you cannot because illegal gun. Well he got death. Too bad it will take 20 years to execute him.

      You are making that assumption on a biased opinion, from historic outcomes of police interactions with blacks in the the past. You do have to broader your mind and educate yourself that not only do blacks get shot but all races do, that is a statical fact. As far as if this was a black man then what, is just that a hypothetical with you believing a specific outcome based on your belief. Fact is, it wasn’t a black man, so we can not summarize that would be the outcome simply because you say it would. Educate yourself and you will see that a person committing a crime like this is done by all races. And if you research just a little this murder’s father is Hispanic so this guy is a minority, not just a clean cut white guy....

    What he did was bad but those cops did not have any truly lawful reason to search him - they had no warrant, no consent, or any reasonable suspicion AT ALL to search him. Then, after they harassed him, they attacked him with a taser. He should not have shot them or anything, but they truly were unlawfully detaining/arresting him.
    He really did not start anything with those cops (they did), he just ended it horribly

At what point can a citizen defend himself from this excessive system and police abuse? Just because they're cops doesn't mean they're good people. The father must not have known what the body cam video was actually going to show or he would've fought for it to NOT be released. His son is seen arrogantly and obnoxiously refusing to comply with over 40 lawful commands, was resistant to being both tazed and pepper sprayed, cowardly dragging his friend into the mess he created, murdering one police officer, almost murdering the other, leaving them mortally wounded and alone in the middle of a dark highway, and then callously fleeing the scene. Not sure which part of the footage he thought would be beneficial to his son. To me, it seals his death warrant (hopefully).

    • @JTheraos
      @JTheraos 3 года назад +2

      Definitely wasnt over traffic violations lol if it was just a traffic violation like it should have been, he would have ticketed him and let him go. The only thing he did wrong (driving wise) was left turn into the far lane. They 100% can look up your insurance and drivers license by just your name. Had it happen to me 2 nights ago. Told the cop I had a gun, he said he will just look everything up from his car, and he did with no issues. He just knew the dude had a past record and was hoping to search and find drugs. He wouldnt have died had he not been fishing for crimes that may or may not have existed in the first place. I'm not excusing dude killing cops but cops need to quit fishing for crimes or using people's past as reason to suspect them of crimes that you otherwise wouldnt suspect. Alot of cop shootings start because a cop does some bullshit to someone hoping they are guilty of something (which they are guilty of something but that's beside the point)and then the suspect doesnt want to go to jail again for some petty shit like a small bag of drugs so they would rather end it. Just ticket people for the crime you 100% know they committed, and leave it at that. There is no way cops dont have a quota with the way they search for petty non violent crime and pull people over for stupid shit like turning into an outer lane when there is nobody in that lane.

      @@Alwayscountry that's why there's accomplices laws in this country. The man killed two people and Matthew Hall drove him away from the scene of a crime he is very guilty. I don't however feel he deserves 12 years for each of the officers. Because he didn't have anything to do with that but you can't just drive your friend the fuck away from killing one person and almost a second. I feel he should just be tried as an accomplice and not anything close to a murderer.

    I sow the video and was horrified by watching the defendant refusing to obey the orders from the police department. Dozens of times…. The police officers were very polite towards this defendant. And at the end the defendant ambushed the police officers. Dead penalty was created for protecting the officer from those parasites who don’t respect anyone but themselves….the sentence was very clear and not other sentences would have been justified in this case.
