They need a big battery built in so i can "rob" power from your solar set up when it reaches 60%- 65% battery capacity.. That way if you live off grid in desert territory..
You must know that cooling air in large volumes takes a ton of energy, especially to a degree that can condense decent amounts of water from the air. At 20°C 1 m³ of air contains 10ml of water at a 60% humidity. There is no way these can get all the water out of the air. So take that for 1l, you'd need to go through 200m³ of air. Any idea how much energy it takes to convert liquid into steam? More than that amount is necessary to achieve the inverse. Do not buy this. Your electricity bill will go through the roof.

If you are not interested in paying for convenience, and you have a basement (even a root cellar!) that tends to run a little damp, run a dehumidifier, get a decent gravity or hand-powered water filtration system and you're golden. Its ironic that they call these 'Informercials' because they provide almost no information apart from where you can buy them from! You told us how many watts the first one uses, what about the other two? Beyond useless!
In my research, I have found that these things are of no practical use unless the humidity is around 80% with some even shutting off at 35% and taking days to make a vert minimum amount of water at 50% humidity. Like the other commenter below who suggests you would need a humidifier to make these things work, what would make them work would be a piped in municipal or well water source and an internal heat source. Then what you have is something I would maybe trust better than filters for good clean water. I myself would not have even bothered to manufacture and offer the present designs. One such miss-leading video out there, the fellow suggests he is running over with water at 80% humidity in Nevada with a VERY large unit, but realistically there are likely VERY few 80% humidity days anywhere let alone Nevada and the rest of the time, most all of the year, you're going to be getting next to no or no water-even with a huge unit which would only work half-year at best.

They saw people from other countries using things like desalination plants, so they used that. They did that even though atmospheric water generators convert water from air, which means it's a better invention. But we didn't see this on CNN. I think that this would be newsworthy.
Desalinating water is a lot cheaper than AWG. Simple as that. And the 1st method works all year round while AWG need the right air humidity and volume of air to even work. Bacteria also LOVE awg machines. I wouldn't drink a drop of water from an awg that is put in an office or a house (closed area).
The reason nobody uses these is because they dont work. 100% humidity does not mean the air is 100% water, its still a tiny fraction. You’d be better off filtering and processing what water you can find than buying any of these.
