This game has truly become my favorite final fantasy story
Why is that?
I may be saying this years later but the adventure was fun
till we meet again
Aw man, that ending was both lame and really nice. The twist of fighting goading Vox to take the field was actually really neat but just executed really poorly. Vox turning out to be a more dimensional character was also nice but simply done *way too late*, why the heck cram it all in the final series of cutscene? Vox wanting to return actually has a lot of new story potential if the game wasn't going to shut down, and he might even have become an additional party member (like how Meia Sarah Sophie Gruff joined us).
As far as I know, the game is continuing. It’s still getting updates.
What if his return , the sequel is set for the ps5 👀
That dude was twisted as fuck with his manipulating shit and trying to kill others cuz of heretic stuff and so whatever. Never could have been a 6th partner or a own story.
But i give you credits for the idea cuz it would be cool (even when he did annoy probably almost everyone there ingame with his talking)
Did anyone else notice that Vox is referencing lines said by characters from the other Final Fantasy games? I heard him say Sephiroth's 'Shall I give you despair?' line at one point and then Jecht's line about Tidus crying at another point.
I also heard "All existence shall be denied." (Ultimecia), "Such meaningless things. I'll destroy them all." (Kefka), and "History begins anew." (Vayne).
I really hope this means mobious final fantasy comes back at the end of this quarantine that would be a absolutely badass beginning to the return of school
I miss the hell outa this game and still have no idea why it had to be taken down

If Mobius gets a remake I think it will do well. I like how the brought the main characters for of FF games in collaboration events.
I wish this game could be remade into a full console title. It would be unlikely to happen though.
FFVII Remake was probably planned when this was in beta and this came in to give us an idea about FFVIIR and now that its here this ends.

Reminder. Instead of giving this retelling form of FF1 a full console remake like it rightfully deserves, we now get edgy Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin with Jack Killschaos. ;_;
Hey, while I too want Mobius back, Jack Killschaos was a fun time too.
Honestly, Stranger of Paradise wasn't that bad. Rough around the edges to an ungodly degree, but not really that bad of a game

the voice acting is kinda bad... ok really bad, but the game is good though. only good VA was Garland tbh.
This is a place where I broke. I need to grind every single character for final boss battle? That's lame. And not worth my time. Not surprising the game closed.
I think the final battle was the result of the game closing, not the cause... Then again I never got to try Mobius again, I was willing to go for it after being burned out on other games like Destiny 2.
That's nice... But where's my viewing with decent voices aka japanese voice acting while subbed in english?
