Noelle Quinn, Neka and Skylar are all giving me those bully vibes. And Skylar Diggins was the one crying about beeing treated harshly when she entered the league. They are all hyprocitical doing the things the accuse others of doing...
All those times the players said, there's levels to this. Well it's time for the NBA or somebody to ask what those levels are and investigate them. I expect alot of the old guard to retire or become exclusive to Unrivaled should it actually succeed to avoid being questioned.
Thank you, Adrienne! The whole thing is pathetic. How much longer are players, coaches, and WNBA execs gonna keep doing what they think they have a ‘right’ to do? They don’t have a ‘right’ to do anything. They have the privilege of making money doing what they love in order to entertain people. This isn’t social justice, or culture wars, or sexual orientation, or identity politics. This is sport, plain and simple, that supposedly provides entertainment. And if it entertains enough they can make great livings doing something they presumably love. The WNBA crowd might do well to remember that maybe 5% to 10% of people get to do something they love for a living for even a short part of their lives. It is such a privilege and honor, and hence a responsibility. This identity politics crap gets old. They might start loving and respecting and being grateful for the opportunity instead of feeling aggrieved and resentful, and then responding by acting so stupid and childish. It reaches the college game as well (feel me, UConn and Gino Auriemma?). Big Brother watches everything we do, and I’m ready to sell my eyeballs to something else. At least women’s college softball still has some integrity, innocence, and pure love of sports left. Thanks for calling out the nonsense and keeping it real, Adrienne. At some point, God willing, they have to get it.
Given Nneka’s position as head of the WNBPA, and her outspokenness about the treatment of players by the “new” fans, it would be very ironic if these allegations about her own team are found to be true.
I foresee some major problems developing with the WNBAPA, Neka is president of the WNBAPA, some players didn’t want her in players only meetings. There coaching staff is under investigation, she thinks very highly of the coaches. Kelsey Plum is vice president of the WNBAPA, the Aces have a federal lawsuit pending, Becky was suspended for a couple games prior to this. I have to ask as a former union member, Where was the players representative while all this was going on? To me the association might need to clean house also. As a side note and change of topic, the league pass posted a clip of CC being introduced and her first T-Shot at the Annika. Definitely surprised, but they did post it.
It was never about KS not subbing the stars, it was about SDS shoving CC into the Storm bench, which could lead to a technical. That is also why SDS was there. They were trying to get CC a technical.
Caitlin bringing attention to the league was the best thing that could’ve ever happened. It sounds like there’s some abuse/corruption going on that prob wouldn’t be getting this attention if CC hadn’t come to the league.

What is Commissioner Engelbert doing all year. The incident when Quinn approach Christy Sides when game is still going on was left not investigated by the WNBA. Engelbert, integrity in the WNBA is your responsibility unless you have an integrity officer. Be that as it may you Engelbert clearly do not know how to run this organisation. RESIGN! You are clearly harming the WNBA.
Two Administrators are company, Three or more is an unmitigated disaster!... i believe the greatest problem within the Administration of the WNBA is the formation of alliances between Upper Management, Administrators, Owners, Coaches, Staff, Players etc!!!
I think we need to be careful here. Remember playing basketball is a job and there is an expectation to do a good job meaning playing good. If you’re coaching a player and they are not doing their job, the coach etc. is going to ride you to do your job better. Now if it’s done with inappropriate language or belittling then that is going to be harassment or bullying. Inappropriate language of any kind would be a form of bullying or harassment. Her saying gangster isn’t really what I would define as gangster. Innocent until proven guilty. Right now because basically the treatment CC had to endure, (gangsterism) this is now going to be highlighted. WNBA is changing and hopefully for the better.
As a new Fever fan, I appreciate Stephanie White’s comment on creating team “culture.” This seems to include behavior and cohesion on the court as well as positive interaction with the fan base. Growing up in Oakland, raising my daughter there, “gangsta” is not a positive image to me. As a parents many of us engaged in activities to cull our kids from that culture. Sports was a big part of that. Traveling for games provided a view into a bigger world than their local street. The tentacles of gang culture come for the kids early. I don’t think it’s anything to be proud of.
I appreciate this comment. As a parent whose children are now in their late 30s, I learned early that involving 5-16 year old kids in sports helped them develop in many positive ways, and also kept them from developing problematic behaviors for a longer period of time. Sports involvement was a teaching tool. Now we can see where it can go awry.
Her mom also taught her not everyone grew up the same way. It appears that not many people in this league (especially the commissioner) do not understand PROFESSIONALISM at all. It’s a bunch of hodgepodge mix match mess! The egos & politics are not a part of the game. The only thing that has been sacrificed by this league is professionalism. Which leads to vitriol, hate & assaults on court during games with refs who are in on the corrupt plots.
Caitlin Clark has exposed so much toxicity in this league by just her presence alone. I think at first, many CC fans and new fans were thinking that it was all because of jealousy towards her, but it's become apparent that they have been spiteful and unprofessional towards each other for years, and it had just become part of the culture.
Noelle Quinn pulled her starters early because she didn't want Caitlin Clark to get another triple double, don't remember, but think CC needed 1 more rebound for the triple...
Oh, my goodness! This is all getting so old. What is wrong with this league?! You know this has to have been going on before this past year. Deal with it and move on. There has to be some positive stories somewhere, right? I am sure CC would like to share the spotlight with some other players. Let's hear those stories WNBA.
I don't doubt the harrassement from Quinn( it starts from the top). Because thugs aren't born, they're raised, from example how to be violent, disrespectful, and never accountable for their toxicity. The W has some mean ugly leadership issues. The players who are thugs are apples from the same tree. Quinn lost all credibility when she did the up in your face move on sides.
The W has to start at the top and replace the commissioner. Then they can evaluate several aspects of the league. PLEASE do not mention Sides ever again. She was waaaaay over her head as a professional. The fact that she apologized in this situation, says it all.
I think Sides was just trying to deescalate the situation. We don't exactly know what set Quinn off. It's all speculation. The announcers at the time were the ones that said they thought it was because Sides didn't take her starters out when Quinn did. But again, nobody knows what she said to Sides. But people saying Sides was weak for apologizing.. I think she's just a good human who apologized that she unwittingly did something that upset the other coach. I didn't see weakness. I saw a professional trying to deescalate a bad situation quickly.
Good morning Adrienne, how does the wnba players union president not know what is going on in the locker room? How does she not file a grievance against the Seattle storm?
She should have been ejected and fined for walking up on the Fever bench. No league would tolerate that. The NBA needs to sort this crap out and put some new people in place. It's getting embarrassing.
I watched Noel's interview a while back and remember thinking "that didn't seem gangsta to me"!! I'm not sure which players are accusing her of harassment / bullying, but I do remember Diggins pushing Clark; and that other player giving Clark a karate chop! But then the players cry & file a lawsuit, when they don't like the treatment they get??
The WNBA has probably had all these issues for years but now that CC is a player more eyes are watching than ever. These ppl are totally out of touch with ppl and how their players deserve to be treated. I don't understand how they don't get fined more. They need to investigate the refs because they surely were not worthy of reffing the games. Hopefully that changes.
Can you please define wokeness? That word is being thrown around regularly but everyone has some kind of different definition. It seems like more of a slur than a description. Does it have something to do with only drinking diet beer from a manly looking blue can?

if it were not for Caitlin Clark, we would never have heard about this. So essentially, the Caitlin Clark Effect has brought to the WNBA what the NFL has; off-season headlines.
Noelle Quinn, Neka and Skylar are all giving me those bully vibes. And Skylar Diggins was the one crying about beeing treated harshly when she entered the league. They are all hyprocitical doing the things the accuse others of doing...
👍
the golfers wish she was a pro golfer as they see the money
CC may yet consider a career change.
Who knows what happened, but I would like to know what a typical wnba player considers abuse. They have proven to be pretty dumb on a regular basis😅
The guilty are usually one of the first to point the finger at others.
@@clscragg exactly this!! 💯
The WNBA should be rebranded as the WTF!!!!! Classless and clueless is the best I can say about the leadership of this so-called sports league!!!!!!
Connecticut and Chicago needs to be investigated next
Watch out she's Gangster...😂😂😂
They need to shut the league down. Start all over to clean out the trash. Many bad apples that are players....
I'm sure you'd love that...
The league that just keeps on giving 😅
Let’s investigate referee & re train them for fairness, safety & rules upheld evenly!!!!!!!!!
Caitlin bringing attention to the league was the best thing that could’ve ever happened. It sounds like there’s some abuse/corruption going on that prob wouldn’t be getting this attention if CC hadn’t come to the league.
Gangsta==cannot evade men who barely finished high school 🙂
This is soo unladylike, I don't understand why women would want to portray these masculine traits 🤦🏿♂️
Again, this league was and still is not ready for prime time. WNBA do better!
Harassed or held accountable? Not weighing in here just saying with so many of these women being entitled i hold my judgement until the facts come out. BTW what's with all of this toxic masculinity coming from these women?
They were allegedly called slurs, the b word, d*mb etc. There's no place for that in coaching. Also Diggins Smith is named in the investigation for screaming and throwing things during practice. Seems like Seattle is being ran by a bunch of nut cases
LPGA for MVP!
Good morning Adrienne, Noelle quinn press confrence reminds me of the old Dave Chapelle skit when keeping it real goes wrong
Imagine how long this has been going on. But now that all eyes are on them a lot of atrocious happenings are starting to come to light. I'm sure swoopes won't say anything about this bcuz she likes coaching like this. Christie sides was scared to death when Quinn approached her instead of putting her foot down and telling her you lost, handle it and get out my face! And the brainless commissioner Cathy engelbert should be held accountable. She didn't do anything to make the league better. Not one suspension or anything
I’m actually surprised the league is investigating this as they just ignored all the bullying and harassment that took place between players on the court and in interviews. 🤷♀️ Just saying…
Love you and your show, Adrienne.
Quinn ain't no gangster... she's a crybaby!
I'm a white guy who grew up in South Central, Florence and Western, went to 74th st elementary and Horace Mann jr high. I'm not a gangsta but I could have been. That's a slip shod myopic excuse for bullying behavior.
I literally have second hand embarrassment watching this coach define “gangsta” it’s totally ridiculous. 😂
It’s so unfortunate that she has been given the opportunity to coach women’s professional basketball yet it has come to this. “Gangsta” will get you unemployed real quick. This is definitely a teaching moment.
Woo-Wee! They Were All Over Caitlin Clark… And NOW… Coaches being Called Out For Miss Conduct, Others Fired For Their Lockerroom Conduct & Player Favoritsm… Coaches being Investigated for mistreatment of a pregnant player… 😮WHOA! …
CLEAN HOUSE… ABSOLUTELY! 💯‼️🙌🏼🙏🏽😳😤
FROM THE TOP DOWN!
Caitlin Was Treated Like Royalty Over On The Golf Channel!
They Rolled Out The Red Carpet! 💯‼️❤️❤️❤️
The WNBA Dropped The Ball All The Way Around On Caitlin!💯‼️
Sad! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
I don't like Quinn. Or her fashion.
Good morning Adrienne, the president of the wnba players union is on the Seattle storm team. Nneka ogwumike.
Two Administrators are company, Three or more is an unmitigated disaster!... i believe the greatest problem within the Administration of the WNBA is the formation of alliances between Upper Management, Administrators, Owners, Coaches, Staff, Players etc!!!
The Bible says that when the light shows up, darkness has to flee. They absolutely cannot co exist with each other
I think we need to be careful here.
Sides was a scared bit--, and the other Coach is just pathetic, u know the rumors are true !
I think Sides threw her team under the bus to fit in with the other coaches in their dislike of CC. It was weird to see.
@@ConnieLeinickeSports turned my daughter’s life around, and she was just an average player.
@ That's awesome!
“Maybe she prayed for her after that” 😂 Love your channel Miss Adrienne!!
I’m so disappointed in this coach.
I place the ultimate blame on NBA Commissioner Adam Silver.
Noelle Quinn pulled her starters early because she didn't want Caitlin Clark to get another triple double, don't remember, but think CC needed 1 more rebound for the triple...
She didn't want CC to make a record and embarrass her and the Storm
Oh, my goodness! This is all getting so old. What is wrong with this league?! You know this has to have been going on before this past year. Deal with it and move on. There has to be some positive stories somewhere, right? I am sure CC would like to share the spotlight with some other players. Let's hear those stories WNBA.
It couldn’t have been because the fever didn’t pull her players because they did pull the players before they inbounded the ball.
They're like roaches when you turn on the lights.
This isn't a League, but a rehab program for social psychos.
I remember an old football coach said once 'keeping it close is the other sides job'
Before they had all these eyes on them, the behavior was probably even worse.
Nice to know that "gangster" means nothing now. If it means everything, it means nothing.
Can you imagine lmfao “ i want to stay here because I want to play for a “White” coach” 🤣🤣🤣 yall outta pocket bruh
The WNBA seems like a freaking mess
Good morning Adrienne, how does the wnba players union president not know what is going on in the locker room? How does she not file a grievance against the Seattle storm?
She has own language.
She should have been ejected and fined for walking up on the Fever bench. No league would tolerate that. The NBA needs to sort this crap out and put some new people in place. It's getting embarrassing.
Definitely a weird thing for her to do. Embarrassing for her, too.
CC is forcing change...this league has to have a restart.
A bit of a narcissist
Wokeness kills everything it touches, and 80% of the league is exactly that
Can you please define wokeness? That word is being thrown around regularly but everyone has some kind of different definition. It seems like more of a slur than a description. Does it have something to do with only drinking diet beer from a manly looking blue can?
@mosessupposes2571 i think you just defined it with your false play on ignorance, son. Bless your heart
Yo, she said, “…serving the lord is gangsta” - at this point we’re just making up definitions for words.
She would have never done that to any other coach in the WNBA.
So, is this another thing they're going to blame on CC2?
Love your show.
This is sooooo crazzzzy, christie sides didn't need to oppologise...i think all this stuff needs come out get cleaned up,so tired of all the crap, man ! Get the broom 🧹 sweeeep up wnba and c'mon lets play ball 🏀 coaches can't even control themselves,we got ref's calling fouls or not calling them when need be,look all girls are playing somewhere else, clean up coaches, ref's and staff members, get it under control, now can we play
😂😂😂Just want to make sure they're talking about a player don't think they're talking about the coach😅😅
Does end of the day you got players harassing other players and I don't understand how that's above the law😅
