I just don't understand why Lexie is not playing. She can do everything Angel Reese can do and better, plus she can shoot 3s and defend as good as most on the team and definitely better than Angel. Again, Angel is trying for her double doubles. Come on, coach, you have lost two games already. Try something different, like putting Angel on the bench and giving Lexie a full game. Don't forget Chicago Sky Coach. We all know why they are at the bottom of the league, DOUBLE DOUBLES..

Sorry , but at this point people just looking for something to be pissed off about. Who cares? She's in Miami and making $100k for 9-weeks of work/bench time. If Lexi isn't expressing frustration why ya'll trying to create an issue. Again, she's banking $100k plus to spend 2 months hanging out in Miami. People seriously need to realize that Lexi isn't a 1x1 ISO player which 3v3 leans toward. She's clumsy offensively unless she gets put in situations where she has to do nothing but shoot. Maybe she's not playing because you value offensive ability more than someone being a defensive specialist that needs to be force fed to score.

Last thing I'll say is that Lexie Hall is learning something from this league she's getting a lot out of it so I think she's going to apply it to the fever when she gets back on her team for next season

The pressure on Satou to play well went up as soon as half the team is injured or sick, plus playing minus two other teammates, taking up the slack when your game is off, the 3 on 3 is a different game, plus your trying to play with people you have never played before, some players are quicker to adapt, some take longer, wishing Satou a better game next time out.

The reason why she's on the team is cuz she's in the league itself😊

Hull got added to Unrivaled because TPTB thought it would get Clark to join. Her shooting is underestimated & they don't like the Fever so it's no surprise she's benched.

The Rose team will go as Kahleah and Chelsey go. Just the type of league it is. Lexie falls behind them in the rotation. It makes sense she won’t play much.

My biggest concern about Satou is that she hasn't played many more than 17 games in any season, maybe except one due to injuries. I love what she can do when healthy, but she can't stay healthy long enough to make the impact the Fever will need to get to championships.

She’s getting paid far more than she did in prior offseason. As long as she’s putting in work outside games, it’s all good. She’s not a great 1v1 player that thrives on 3v3.

In the first game, the first time Lexie got in the game, no one even attempted to pass the ball to her. I didn't watch any more games after that game including Saturdays game. Ok Lexie, workout, practice, hang out with your friends and cash that paycheck. Later unrivaled, ya boring.

I'm surprised to hear anyone thought Lexi was signed to make Clark want to join. I thought Clark had zero desire to join, and she was happy to finally have some time off. Not to mention she didn't need the money.

I agree with you for the most part....it's like they never watched satou play before until her first 3 v 3 game in unrivaled. Which, oddly enough, they say, is not a legitimate league....but now after one game use it to judge her talent. Its crazy work....

Shes a no once youve seen her injury history. Shes like second half of his career kawaii leonard with all those games missed. Shes aging and will not get less injured as she goes on. Move on from her and go down the accessability free agent tree. Maybe even go small ball and get a double scoring threat in plum. That small ball 5 of boston, hull, plum, mitchell, and clark will run the teams into the ground.

Great title! Look. it is just ONE game in a 3v3 format. The 3v3 format doesn't suit players like Brittney Griner and Katie Lou Samuelson. Both are super slow and have no outside game, and this is full speed transition basketball. Added to that, Sabrina Ionescu is coming off hand surgery. The Phantom are NOT viewed as one of the better teams in this league and as Satou is only a couple of days off the start of the free agency period, playing flat out and picking up an injury would kill her prospects in any potential trade. I wouldn't be trading the Fever's 8th pick in the 2025 WNBA draft, but their first round picks in 2026 or 2027 along with NaLyssa Smith and Katie Lou Samuelson would be a reasonable swap for a 'one-year rental'.

Ms Sabally will be fine. Do not judge her by one game. She's going to spend a bit of time learning to adjust to 3 on 3 ball, and then she'll be fine. She is a professional.

I think in one hand Lexie will get uoset if she Continues to be ignored, and benched on unrivaled. Yet. I wonder why she and Boston went to the unrivaled in the first place? Every player has a difficult game once in a while - that doesn't mean they're a terrible player.

This is eerily similar to how Lexie was treated in the WNBA. She rode the pine and had her confidence undermined until CC and the 2nd half of last season happened. I think it is a cultural thing; they hate blondes for some reason. It looks deliberate, and too much of the WNBA culture is in Unrivaled. The fact that she is friends with CC is enough to cause them to hate Lexie. I wish she were out of there. Living with hate is never healthy.

My advice to Lexi, if I were her agent. "Lex, first rest assured that you look just as hot sitting on the bench as you look running the floor, so take advantage of your bench time. Cross and uncross your legs many times for the cameras. Let your hair down and flounce your hair right and left (no more wearing it up since you aren't going to play). Look sexy to get endorsements later as you sink threes in the WNBA. Enjoy Florida, get to the beach and work on starting your WNBA season with a great tan.
