I cannot sleep after practice this krya, because give me a Lot of energy in the body, and in the next day wake up with sleep
Good 🤩 sleep goes away together with the blocks in the body. Energy is being released in the body. Kundalini yoga provokes natural decrease of sleep and activates life energy ❤️

Namaste Laura! There is a modified option in such case when you straighten your legs, heels aweigh as well, but you are not touching the ground with fingers, just rounding spine, hang your torso and head down, arms also directed down to the floor but not touching the ground. This is inhale. And the only disadvantage that its hard to hold the balance. But at the same time good exercise to train balance.
Exhale - squat put the fingers on the ground (starting position).

Straightening legs is very important, we are stretching the vital nerve (back of legs), so please try to do as good as you can and gradually it will become better 🤗
