    Today is a special day for all kundalini community! August 26 is the birthday of the main teacher of kundalini yoga, Yogi Bhajan!
    Let’s celebrate today with the a classic practice - kriya which is called Awakening to your 10 bodies and also at the end we will perform meditation for 10 bodies.
    Yogi Bhajan: "If you understand that you are 10 bodies and you are aware of these 10 bodies and keep them in balance, then the whole universe will be in balance with you".
    “The 10 Body Meditation is the most powerful self-purification meditation that has been given to you. You have 10 bodies. The first body is the Soul, it is initially radiant. But the remaining 9 bodies will begin to shine with the practice of this meditation. You will become so pure that all 9 bodies will become white. Your Nimbus, Aura, Subtle body - all of them will begin to radiate white light. A radiance will emanate from you, which you can project outward. This meditation heals at all levels - spiritual, mental, physical. It will make you healthy and strong."

    Soo- the wide legged seated pose, what if our legs 🦵 DO NOT come close to opening into a split, more like a 108 degree angle….?😉 Is that Fine??

      Use fitness blocks to support knees at both sudes or pose on knees and heels (rock pose) as alternative.
