    27th Day on 19 Dec 2021. I would like to Thank Lisa for the fact the my shoulders getting stronger because of this Kriya. This is the side benefit i am getting. These days i sit for 10-12 hrs for my office work and work all the time on laptop. Earlier my right hand n shoulder would get numb at the end of the work but these days I dont feel any pain in shoulder or hand. Thanks Lisa for the amazing Practice. And thanks to Yogi Bhajan to bring this amazing Kriya to public . Being Indian We are again learning our age old secrets from you Lisa . But i dont have any complaints for that 😊.East or West we should learn from all to Evolve into better human beings 🙏🏻

      😍 Namaste, dear Indian soul! 🙏This result is fabolous! I've also already forgotten about any pain in shoulders or spine thanks to kundalini yoga. We are getting used to the perfect state without discomfort very quickely! But I do remember how tough the condition of my middle spine and cervical spine was 3 years ago! Now I can spend 10 h in a row next to laptop and no pain at all 🥰 I thank all golden chain of teachers, indian nation and Yogi Bhajan for this gift! Im in Russia, so I connect East and West🤗😁. Keep on practicing, you are doing great!🌻🌹

    My goal for this Kriya is mental discipline and making it through this kriya I found a sweet spot which made this kriya more enjoyable through the hard times❤️

    Lisa, Thank You for all of these beautiful kriyas that you share with us.
    I decided to make this my first ever 40 day kriya.
    Today is my 11th day and I just cried and cried all the way through. I couldn’t speak, but I continued the arm movements. I’m guessing this is normal. Did I still receive what I needed from this kriya even if I didn’t say all of the words?

      You receive even more - now you are releasing all suppressed emotions and heal your nervous system. I was crying 6 first months of daily kundalini😀 Now I’m only laughing ! Blessing you for healing journey, trust this technology but if some not comfortable sensations as dizziness or nausea, please be careful. Better to stop and drink water.

    Dear Lisa ❤the instructions say that the right arm should make counterclockwise circles. so what is right?

      We are moving arms back and they move back making a loop above head which is counterclockwise for the right arm. In the video I’m doing accordingly. So it’s correct ❤️💫🐈‍⬛

    So why shouldn’t we do heavy breathing exercises while on our monthly cycle?
    What do you do if you are doing a 40 day kriya that has fast breathing. What do you do during your cycle?

      Namaste. Most of intense breathing exercises make our belly pump hard, and it can provoke too much tension in the womb. What I would recommend during period just decrease the intensity of breathing and it should be fine. And of course exclude tension pose etc which straightly affect abs. My cycle is not noticeable at all and I’m not following this rule 👻 but as a teacher I have to say about it. It’s up to you and depends on how light your period is 🌺.

    Hello dear lisa. I'm in the day 93 of this meditation. I'm aiming for 120 days. And it's almost a week that a pimple has apeears on my third eye erea. In the middle of my eyebrows. Is that a sign? Or it's just a normal pimple due to pollution or sth ?

    Almost toward the end. We raise our hand and move left right,, for 14 times, then we lower our arms. Then you say exhale. Should it not be inhale? Because it's impossible to exhale twice. My apologies 🙏

      It means you keep on doing how much you want . 90 days already wired in your neural pathways 120 will be installed into cells structure ❤️

      No you already have around 90. Kundalini yoga as such practiced daily during long term has collecting effect. I practiced daily different practices during 5 years and shifted body to another level of life. But I should say regarding prosperity it’s not enough - here should be mental work and understanding where your prosperity comes from.

      Ps mine is not coming from yoga teaching lol 😁 because as a result of leading this channel I gained only debts regardless idea that money is energy and the more energy you have the more money come. Nope. You should be so true to yourself to find what is your mission and the biggest passion. And from there will arrive money.
