Keith, great pedalboard you have there. I asked Jedd about the settings of the slapback delay. Can you help us out? I never have a good slapback sound.
I've been loving the HX stomp on my board for a year or so now. I love the dynamic plate reverb and the trems that you demonstrated. My old carbon copy is still on there for slap back though! I've also been surprised at how good some of the drives and fuzzes are too.
Just loving the tone. I added an HX One a while back, and have been exploring all those tones. Get my delay from a brig and reverse mode c and reverb from a flint. I have the para eq, and an xts imperial drive. Simple setup.
Great looking and sounding pedalboard there 👍 I've got the silver Barber PLUS. Just finished building a 5 pedal Nano+ front end board, to feed into a modular pedal setup. It's taken a long time to get it figured out, but it is killer! Wampler's EGO76 comp is great before or after drives. It has a little more body to the tone than most compressors, so it's a great boost. My board has 2 comps, 2 drives, and the new Empress ParaEQ too. Sweet! Tuner & gate plug in on the ends.
Always wondered is the amp/fx modeling (Helix, Kemper, ie) world in Nashville a taboo or is it getting more and more accepted these days....Thanks Jedd
The Kemper and amp modelling stuff is not really my bag mate, i’ll be a combo amp guy for life, but, i love where the technology is for the fx…it works
I was wondering were that awesome tone was coming from? Glad to hear that Keith at 5 Watt World hooked you up with that Helix based pedal board, sounds great! Killer blues tone! Would love to see a picture of it (if possible)!? Amazing range of tones and textures! Couldn’t ask for a better demo! Thanks Jedd!💝💕🎸🫶🙌👏🙏🤗Just had to wait till the end for those great pictures! Looks like a small foot print for so much versatility! Congratulations to Keith for hitting the bull’s eye on an amazing pedal board set up! They definitely found the right guy for the 1st demo!👍
You can make this pedal sound killer because you’re an assassin, the Ray Shoesmith of the guitar world. Lesser players can get away with it because there are no expectations. But it sounds ‘different’ here. The best players are honestly the worst people to showcase ‘cheap’ gear. Your touch does just doesn’t allow imposters to get over.
@@jasonwest2952not that i know of mate, i wish there was! they are still relatively affordable out there though, 800-1200 from beat to very clean condition
Hey Judd, how bout you give us a small lesson on your travis picking style at 7:25? Im always interested in comparing everyone's to mine and see if I can develop a little better technique. Seems most people use slightly different fretting, fingering, thumbs or flat pick or thumb pick, etc styles. Yours looks a little different too. Would appreciate it. Mine sounds ok but always looking for that one thing that may sound slightly better.
The Boss EQ200 looked interesting. Uncle Larry had me talked into the smaller version a while ago, I just haven't bought it yet. I'm a, stuck in the past. LOL A Boss BD1, and later BD2 is all I used for a long time. Then I bought an Egnater 20w head, that has both 6V6 and EL84 power, one, the other, or blend. But no reverb 8(. So pedal #2 was a TC HOF Verb. I'm trying not to go down that rabbit hole! Or, maybe sell some of my ~8-10 speaker cabs and jump in, and blame it on Keith! LOL!! Just kidding, Kieth is the best!! Been a long week LOL Peace --gary
Back in my chevy Astro van driving days I had a 69 Basketweave 8x10 cab Gary, It was like a sonic hot tub. I used to run a princeton reverb as the head. man, that was fun. You take care of yourself man!
That EQ-200 is an advanced pedal. It has so many options with routing alone. I use in one keyboards and it make average piano samples sound way better.
Jedd! Thank so much for doing this project with us!
Thoroughly enjoyed it mate

You are the man Keith! I have learned so much guitar and amp history from 5 Watt World over the years. That Plus pedal sounds amazing. Cheers guys
Jedd, every video you put out always ends up being a great gallery of really cool licks and nice chords voicings to analyze, we love you man!
Thank you mate!!
Yes there is and this one is no exception, it's awesome!

He’s a great fella! Really been helping me with the channel.
Sounds great. Really love your feel and phrasing, so good!
Thanks Brian!
When I see a new Jedd video, I hit the Like button before I even watch the video. 'Cuz it's going to be good.
Cool! The harmonic tremolo is special to my ears!
Yup!
Crikey - checking in for my daily dose of Jedd before bed and its a collab with Keith and Co. Fabulous tones there boys!
So great.

Yeah Joe!! That sounds cool mate!
Great sounds Jedd. Great playing, as always. Can you tell us something more about the settings of the slapback delay?
I can’t remember mate, I’ll ask Keith
Thanks! Would appreciate that!
I just got the Plus pedal and I'm loving it.
Love that plus pedal! Also a big fan of tremolo. Very vibey
Lovely playing mate. Sounds great
Thanks mate!
Thank you for this! I use a minimalist board for playing solo covers with an hx stomp and a bose L1 travel. It does feel like an amp!
Awesome tones!!! 🤘
Some greasy licks there, dude! Thanks.
Thanks mate!
Yeah, man, Keith from 5WattWorld is the kashiznit. Bubble Vibrato - makes me wanna write a song!! WT inspiring! 🔥
Great playing

Whats a good trem pedal you like? If you only had one? You or maybe Tom referred to one a little while back and can't remember what!
Now I wanna spend money lol
haha
I have a BUSS pedal it’s fantastic
Right on!
That Plus pedal sounds great with your tele. I’m sensing another pedal in my near future.
Short Buss pedal….

Thank you mate. I’ll look up Ray Shoesmith! Great name!!
Got that Canned Heat feel or Mississippi delta electric.
Jedd ✌🏻🎸🎶
Is this a 5e3 amp this board is feeding into? It sounds great!
Its an early 50s GA-20 mate
@@JeddHughesOfficial I know those are amps are cherished. Is there a modern “equivalent” or recreation that you know of?
