Aldon you are doing an exceptional job with these exclusive table talks and interviews... the discussion did hot man lol. I do believe that more can be done to protect our men and advocate for their mental health. Too many of our men have taken their lives because (yah man, man nuh bawl, man nuh fi soft) they have no one that is willing to listen and encourage them. We need to change the stigma in Jamaica as it relates to the mental health of our men. #menareimportant
