Nick Bare: “I wake up every morning and hop into the ice bath and it’s a good way to jumpstart the day” Mike’s Navy SEAL friend Shane: “I wake up, let the dog out, rub one out and then head back to bed”
At this stage of my life, your podcasts along with some other people’s podcasts and the guests, brings a level of information and connectivity with people that most people I have associated with don’t fill me up. I deeply appreciate it.
Always love hearing people's takes/experiences on their entrepreneurship ventures. And serious kudos to this guys discipline using his time in garrison to save his pennies and spend his time on his business instead of shoving fun coupons down the underwear of some skank on a pole. That's serious discipline.
Fuck I love this dude. Reminds me of my much hated and hugely respected section Sgt. in Iraq 1991 (RIP SGT. E. Grant) who called me Private Cunt. Miss him
It is so hard to start eating once you’ve stopped whether eating disorder or having been sick for 6 months with an infection. I find fruit and fresh produce is the easiest to get back into because it’s so fresh and it feels good after eating healthy ingredients.
Great episode Mike! it’s scary to hear your thoughts on China and the hold they have over our country and I agree we should bring a lot of our manufacturing home to America.
How has this descendant of zeus and his podcast not blown up yet? have been watching from day one, huge inspiration to join the navy and become a seal. Also the only thing getting me through the worst time of my life thus far, thank you mike.
Korea changed a lot, got to go to ROK Ranger school in 1985, we only did 2 weeks, and they beat the shout out of you training. Heard later the Army quit sending guys there because it was to dangerous.
I am under the impression that every infantry officer has to go through ranger school and does not automatically get into the regiment. The difference between the scroll and the tab. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Very Insightful. I remember Nick from his RUclips Channel. He has always been so humble, even when people (trolls) attack him, he is spot on and always remains a gentlemen
i feel it my duty and responsibility to stop you all from robbing raping and murdering my family. i have been robbed my entire life. it would have been better if they hadnt done that to me.
Starting a business, honey we made a million dollars 💵. Her do you think we can save something from the next million 🤔.. love that the account says we owe X in tax’s 😳
Mike Ritland i wouldn’t say its you like the comment above. I just think you had really f*cking interesting people on and its almost impossible to measure up to on every podcast. Just keep pumping them out brother. Appreciate the content. 🇨🇦🦅🇺🇸
Not every episode can be a former CIA guy, Iraqi interpreter, Member of cult turned navy seal turned charity war fighter, or interrogator that found sadam. Just not possible. You set the bar high but thats why i tune in. Never would have heard from these people otherwise. As a Canadian my dream Mike Drop would be a CANSOF guy. Some of the CSOR guys are becoming a little bit more public these days.
I respectfully disagree. I watched Mike Day's interview in a single sitting. I haven't made it all the way through Nick's as I am an RN and super busy right now.
Tricia Grant are you really an RN tho? Dont want to sound like Larry David but sounds a liiiiitle bit like youre fishing for some remorse in the comments section. Jokes aside, my mother is a nurse and its a stressful time,. All the best, Stay safe!
I really like Nicks channel but he's sort of a liar lol, claiming natural and all, c'mon dude... since he's a business man and former Army so trust me, I get it. You dont have to say you use gear, but don't say you don't. Just don't say anything.
Awesome man!
Damn. Nick has come a long way. I remember finding his videos when he was still in Korea. Wild to witness his progress.
Same, was the only infantry guy doing vlogs while I was in
Same. I found his channel around that time too. Inspiring.
One of the best part about Jocko sponsoring these podcast is the fact that there aren't any ads taking up my precious podcast time!

Fackin A, dope

Good stuff Mike and Nick-keep it up.
Awesome content!!! Thanks for all your info!!!
Korea changed a lot, got to go to ROK Ranger school in 1985, we only did 2 weeks, and they beat the shout out of you training. Heard later the Army quit sending guys there because it was to dangerous.
Dang I commented on one of Nicks videos that he should do this podcast a few months back, I'm sure he saw my suggestion and got right on it lol
Haha Nick is awesome but you can definitely see the difference between an officer and an enlisted man sitting at this table 😂
If you’re going to have Nick on the show you’ve got to have Terkla
Steve??!!! Foul ball!!??
Great interview, Mike. Keep pounding the punching bag.
Intro song anyone?? Reminds me of Korn a bit

Ej Agbere ranger school is a qualification, RASP is what you go through to get into regiment.
Great video!!!
Awesome podcast
Awesome as always !!!
... any chance of getting Mr. Zinke and Rob O on together... or separately at some point ???
Two of my favorite vets on one youtube video together. Does it get any better?
Maybe? Does it have to? Would b cool if it does tho.
Some fascinating sh×t !! 👏🏽✨️

I want mike ritland to give me an intro. They're always hilarious.
Now that Ricky Gervais is done with the Golden Globes they should hire Mike😁 He would kill it.
💪💪💪💪💪😊
i feel it my duty and responsibility to stop you all from robbing raping and murdering my family. i have been robbed my entire life. it would have been better if they hadnt done that to me.
Another Round Rock guy!
Cool!
Palmyra high 1997, I live in Mt. Gretna
Awesome to know this guy was a Pa boy.
Bare is the worst
I second that
Kind of miss the old podcast... feel like the new one is a bit over produced. Still a solid show regardless.
Starting a business, honey we made a million dollars 💵. Her do you think we can save something from the next million 🤔.. love that the account says we owe X in tax’s 😳
I wake up every morning and choke myself 🤔🤔🤔 the a rub one out and try to leave it in my wife's hair without waking her up 🤭
Love mike drop, but last 2 podcasts borrrrriiiiing. Snoozefest like listening to paint dry. Go back and watch the old ones some gems back there
JR Smith duly noted gents- thank you for the feedback

Wait a second this dude never deployed....
Ouch...I have not had the pleasure to serve, hes got one up on me.
Rich Naper he’s not claiming to be Chris Kyle or some shit.
Well,he still served, right? Not everyone who served deployed(or saw combat and went to war).
@@JR-ju3kj he has a combat mos I think
