Basically,you don't need to turn off 3D touch you just need to gently press and hold the app :)

Fantastic! Now I'm trying to tranfers my phone contacts from S5 to i pone 7. Apple store did it BUT all the #'s are not there. So there is an "Move ios" app which I installed on the S5, but I can't figure how to set the i phone to receive the code, to enter it on the S5.

I was watching this video and was about to do what he said and thought touch sensitivity? Why don't I just try pressing lighter so I pressed really light and worked perfectly. No need to change settings.
