Ihmisten Puolue, is such a great mini series. Finnish humour at it's best.
Good subjects and funny, yet extreme oppinions about the subjects from different angles.

Ihmisten puolue is my favorite show. There was a RUclipsr who translated the episodes in English a while back, but his channel got removed. I guess this video originstes from his channel.
The show is available on YLE Areena with Finnish subtitles, but you have to be very fluent in Finnish. It would be nice if there was some AI tool with OCR so you could translate live any text on a computer screen. Like Google image translate, but better.

Yes, this is a political satire show. It is one of the best written shows in Finland to date. It is about an imaginary political party *the party of/for the people* that has meetings about what their party's policies should be
I highly recommend watching more of them, especially the pikkujoulu (Xmas party) and ajattelun ulkoistaminen idiooteille (outsourcing thinking to idiots) if you can find them with English subs, they are my favourites and absolutely hilarious
ps. these are btw very established actors/comedians in Finland, and I highly recommend checking out the English wikipedia page about the *Ihmisten puolue* it has a very short but amazing breakdown of these characters they are playing
Also another really funny political satire skit series, is Kummeli's (comedy group) Prime Minister series that can be found with English subtitles. It is about a group of corrupt politicians doing shady deals behind the doors, and the clueless/puppet prime minister who blurts out these deals out in interviews without realizing how corrupt and horrible those things are xD

Some relating videos: "Lemmy Kilmister interview, Reading Festival 1988", "Red Hot Chili Peppers talks about Finnish fans", "Who Drinks The Most In Scandinavia? Fins, Swedes, Danes Or Norwegians?" and "Estonia Special 30.9.2011".

Its satire, but also its also true. People who live a long life are insane burdens on the country, while alcoholics who spend all their money on highly taxed alcohol and die early so they don't even get to retire are extremely beneficial to the country.
That is why Finland has a lot of policies that promote alcoholism.

Sometimes the shittyness of the English subtitles for Finnish sketches is even funnier than the humour itself, like how @ 5:38 an extremely cold idea is translated as "extremely cool thoughts" as if he strongly approves of what the other guy is saying
