as finland being northern country, its funny how we somehow sometimes get over +30 celsius (in the shadows) but also in winter -30 celsius too. this is in central finland i am talking about :D
One gets used to the seasonal changes, even with the light. But it is a factor, to some more than others. Darkness can be overwhelming sometimes, and one really has to take care of oneself. I do get more tired and sleepy in the winter. Summers are easier, one gets more done and everything is a bit lighter. And this is one of the biggest appeals of living up here - life has a cycle, that is repeating and rolling on. It is beautiful, really.
