Elvie is ready to drive the Ram Van RV back to Montana, towing the trailer with with the tools. He and Joas were in New York with a crew assembling the Green Gables 24 x 32 log cabin with a loft. They were at the job site for seven days.
In between this time, Elvie took the family to Florida for the seven day Make-A-Wish trip swimming with dolphins for their daughter Verena. He came back to New York to take the van and trailer home to Montana.

I am curious tho, what part of ohio is grandpa from? I grew up in ohio and my grandfather had a farm just outside of LaRue Ohio and that area is predominantly Amish families. I grew up playing out in the barn with all the Amish boys scattered from all the other farms in the area and I didnt know it then but have since realized how much the Amish community had taught me and I'm very thankful to this day for all of that!
When grandpa passed, grandma hung kn and stayed on the farm about another 6 years. They both lived into their late 80's and then my mom and her siblings decided to sell the farm because none of them wanted to take it over. But the blessing was that they sold it to one of the neighboring Amish families and they returned the farmhouse and barns back to conform to their beliefs but kept the house and barn layouts the same so it is still today as it was 50 years ago but in top notch shape! Grandpa would be very proud but I must say I am as well! The amish community has some of the smartest, brightest, kindest people anyone could ever want to meet.
His name was Joseph Wolf. I'm sure you font know him but it is a small world also. He was a great man and he loved all his Amish neighbors!!

We can ship to Canada but are unable to assemble there, so you will need a Canadian licensed company to assemble it. We can assist you in finding such a company, we have some contacts there who are experienced in assembling Meadowlark Log Homes.

Hey Chris, the log package price can be found on our website here www.meadowlarkloghomes.com/log-homesteads/green-gables - the overall cost will depend on how you decide to finish it out and the location you're building. As you know some areas are significantly more expensive to build in.

What I do not like about your site is that you guys only, show the bill you never showed no mechanical like plumbing and electrical and heating you do not show how's that install Log Cabin
Meadowlark Log Homes does not provide a turnkey product. We are able to manufacture the handcrafted log structure, and some of the reassembly like the roof windows and doors but we do not have any way of giving you prices for electrical plumbing and finishing because we don’t do that. You would need to get all those detailed prices from the local contractors to finish those items for the home.
