Wish I had discovered these bags 30 years ago, when my knees were still viable to do some of these leg exercises. I still do spins and snatches, they kick my ass. Gonna try these bridge and dunks and Kumra situps. Thanks for the great content.
glad it helped, 25-30lb bag is what i normally use for the ground exercises. Standing stuff like spins and little complexes are better with a heavier bag.
