Pool collapse!

My neighbors pool decided to give way, and created a large river of water in my backyard. Luckily no damage to my property. As for the neighbors, too bad summer is around the corner!!

In the winter, we use a small pump to keep water from building up on cover.

when the winter covers get alot of water on them and is stresses to pool wall and that is what caused it to collapse
