well after this i think I am ready to beat the ottomans as ulm
beat ulm as ottomans*(maby)
Normally you should beat the Ottomans without any tactic in only a few months...
@@Prof_Dr_col What?! Please expand.
@@gavins9846 The Ottomans will just give up after a few months because of you beeing Ulm
@@Prof_Dr_col Suprisngly yea. I just saw it for myself a few minutes ago, as Songhai. They decided to intervene in some god damn colonial affair, and invaded MY homeland.
I was outraged af. After liek ~20 years I somehow managed to stack-wipe their forces piecemeal.
After trying this in my one campaign I was able to win war after war.
Great guide.
You make our eu4 live much easier.
Nice to hear that!
Nice this is a great video that I will recommend to my viewers when they ask about reinforcements!!
Thanks!!
I just think that Napoléon loose the battle of Waterloo because he didn't follow this guide
his artillery got in the front row, and the square infantry, why did it have to be the square infantry
Prussians reinforced
@@RyanPHoferJrdidn't he had column infantry and English had square?
In reality, this has a smidgen of truth to it. When he was younger he was strategic and intelligent with his maneuvers, then as he got older and leading up to the battle of waterloo, he just stopped strategizing and became mortal again, disabling his hax.
I really needed that, I always use just 2 big stacks.
whenever i watch these guides i feel like i'm going to be a strategy game master... at least until i boot up the game and realise i'm still bad at it.
Meanwhile Swiss combat strategy: " "

@@MichusubPl moustache man: actually i was wondering if you could hold all this gold i got from my friends for my birthday
+100 attrition
I remember when someone was sieging my fort i sent 30k troops to intercept his 100k stack, and my 100k stackwiped his 60k sieging the fort
I felt like a genius then lol
haha
I was waiting for this video for a long time thank you.
This video has supplemented my knowledge of combat in eu iv. Thank you :)
Daaang, didn't know you could shift consolidate. This is gonna save me a lotta ducats
Thank you for providing this guide! I have learnt a little as I play along, but this guide has provided me with some invaluable information. I love learning more about EU4, and it never seems to end :)
Glad I could help!
Thank you Zlewikk! I have been waiting for this guide for so long. Now I can fulfill my fantasy of world conquest as Ulm!
Was just searching for this video. Keep up the good content!
Uncledad: Zlewikk's control of troops in MP is poor
Zlewikk 1 year later: It's time for vengeance!
xDDDD when did he say that? :p
@@ZlewikkTV it was at EU LAN party 2019, but he couldn't predict that you would strike back at creator's cup ^^
Great video man. I’ll share this with my friends that are new to the game 🙂
Great video, as always. You really helped me to improve to a new level since I subscribed!
yes !! cant wait to see this & thank you for your time & effort
Thank you so much! I really feel like I’n getting better as a player with each of your guide!
Glad to hear it!
Very useful! Keep up the great videos :)
Another great guide - a lot of this knowledge is floating around some MP communities (except for that reinforcement trick, only seen that a few times in all my hours on MP), but it’s good that it’s all consolidated in one place. Hopefully this inspires more people to try out multiplayer also.
I really needed this video. Thanks Zlewikk.
I love these sorts of guides. Superiorly in depth and explanatory. I have 3500 hours in this game and like to think I'm pretty good. But always happy to learn from someone with more experience. Thanks, Zlewikk! Love from the USA.
Thanks! Always happy to help!
Awesome guide! That's what I have wanted for a long time! Retreating strategy is totally new for me.
Glad I could help!
finally i waited for this sooo long
I knew more or less all of them because of your videos.. but the one that is new to me is the retreat trick... very nice :D i'll use it
This video is really good and helped me fill in some knowledge gaps. Thank you for posting it
Happy to help!
Im watching nearly all videos and stream replays of yours and habibis for the last month. Joined my first mp last week and every time i talk with people they just mention how well im doing considering its my first mp and im fighting a 1v3 against experianced players rn(idk if i win that im not a cobeligarent in the war so i wont lose much if i lose im just fighting to make a statement). I just want to thank you because you made it possible
Nice! I'm glad that I could be of help!
You're honestly the most underrated eu4tuber. I learn more from each of your videos than from the rest I've watched combined 💜
Thanks man!
Really nice and informative video, thanks
I never knew how eu4 combat works, after using these tactics I feel so much more powerful!
I needed to learn how to do this. Thanks Zlewikk :D
I really needed this!!!
This is exactly what I’ve been looking for!
nice one ! thanks for the help zlewikk
great video as always
my man did it, nice job lad
I have been waiting for so long :333
I love your content! It’s so good
I've got a mp tonight, hope this will be helpful, thanks mr.Zlewikk
Very useful, thanks 4 uploading
Very nice combat guide! Looking forward to more :)
More to come!
Thanks, that was very helpful. I had misunderstood how flanking range worked. I thought it was the depth of cavalry from the edges of the 2nd row which could participate in the attack, so I was generally keeping 4 cav in my back row. Time to get rid of them!
Thx for the guide, I really needed that
Heeeeeyyy, I saw Zlewikk's name pop up when he was picking a giveaway winner!
Also, thanks for mentioning the map mode which shows river crossings - if there's one mistake I make far too often, it's going into battle on a river crossing.
Thanks for the video!
TY for the guide, it was really helpful :)
Glad it helped!
Thank you. Really need this guide :)
congratulations winner ))❤
Can’t wait, got a MP game coming up soon
Cool. This video teached me alot about army composition :)
Thanks for this guide!
thanks to you i am doing an incredible mp run with byzantium
nice tipps they realy helped me to improve my battles
Exactly what I needed.
Thanks for the guide!
Just what I needed !
Damn this really helped me understand the decisions you make in multiplayer
good guide as always!
Really Useful guide
Great video!
Thank you for the tips! Now im gonna cheese with the retreat trick
10:20 - you can plan around that, you can always send troops *before* the battle starts. If it takes a month for reinforcements to arrive, it also takes 30 days for the main force to arrive, you can always just time it. Send reinforcements every few days, rather than wait till the battle start. Also results in less battles loss for scorched earth
This video helped me so much thank you :)
Great vid!
Me and my friends started playing EU4 yesterday after 2 years whit hoi4. Got rekted in every battle. This guide is a blessing. Thanks!
the reinforcement strategy has helped me alot!!
Nice video as always
Appreciate that :D
Lovely vid, as always!
Glad you enjoyed it! :D
great shit! finally i understand this stuff^^

Love your content❤️
Good work!
Very nice guide
that's what I've been waiting for
Thanks you so much! Now i can finally beat Teutonic order as Brandenburg after this video...
Nice guide!
i am so glad i started watching you, now i dont lose every single war
Happy to hear that!
i've watched you for awhile & i still lose wars no matter what......
Oh... We ended up having another combat tutorial over the estates one. I mean, you are always teaching us to fight in your vids, but estates efficient management is all along time.
It is always nice to have a perfect tutorial though! Great video!
Okey, perhaps I treated you too harshly... It is only that I really want to know how to be efficient with estates, and there are not videos on that...
It's not that much complicated. Thanks gor video idea :). I promised combat guide together with army composition one so it was expected :)
Neat! Will be useful in my Englad campaign!
Great episode
Nice video !
Nice guide!!!
yessiiiiiiiiir i needed this
I have never heard about that last trick but i will definitely try it.
Super helpful🙌
Great guide, I think it will be very helpful for me
Glad to hear!
That retreat thing is crazy! Wow!
This made me remember the time me and my mp allies had a 600k stack with like 5 backrows and we kept losing and losing against the ottomans on his mountainforts.
Wish you the best
Thanks good you made this.Thanks!
Wow Nice, finally i will know how to use the troops
In the video for one second, nice!
