You can pay for premium "air" that is just nitrogen and it may save you one or two trips to put air in your tires over the life of them ... But mostly it's not worth it. And it certainly shouldn't cost 200$

There is no reason to believe that the pore size in tire rubber is precisely in the window between them. Researchers have worked very, very hard to construct mesh that is in that gap - it is not trivial and certainly doesn't happen by accident. 3) Who refills their tires every two weeks? If you're doing that you've got a hole in your tire.
