the N1 clearance sale was so good i couldnt pass up the 1035wh with the element gear drive! I still kinda wish i upped for the 3 but honestly the N1 is such an amazing board! I bought it because almost a year out my S3 had an ESC failure and they sent me out a new one and its up and running again! their support is amazing and both of my acedecks are ridden daily and im in the best shape i have been in years!
I got.the n1 street ..its great but I hit the screws on the truck, not good I think the N1 on AT wheels 🛞 is the way to go 110's won't fix the issue..wtf are at wheels so expensive also ?
@@Locksmith92 you should be able to throw some pnumatics on it, I have the 2 in 1 gear drive but i think something is up with my hub cause i keep getting flats. I literrally went through 4 tubes with the run flat goo and bought another 6 cause they just keep going flat. i fill to 36psi and i have no idea why it keeps happening. I Love running street wheels anyways and madwheels 125s are almost here!! Should be perfect!
Hey man love your videos. I got the OG nomad N1 with Samsung 40T gear drive setup. The board has been a beast. I live in Mexico and my nomad eats these shitty roads up. I am faster off the line than any traffic or motorcycles. I have over 1500 kms and she is still going strong. I am up for an upgrade and dont want to lose the adrenalina this thing gives me.
That is awesome man! Glad to hear you enjoy, and are having a great time on your N1! The N3 is a great upgrade simply just because of the battery upgrade and great gear drives. Definitely heavier and not as portable though.
I'm an EUC rider, and from what I've seen, it seems like Acedeck is a board built by riders for riders. They seem like they're willing to accept rider feedback and make improvements based on that. Acedeck seems to put quality and performance first. If i ever decided to cross over into Esk8, I think i would definitely get an Acedeck board.
I agree, it does seem like they've really improved a lot since the company started. I have a positive outlook on their future if they keep up stuff like this.
I can't wait to purchase the N3 when spring arrives next year. I'm gonna custom order the standard N3 version (1305wh - P42A Molicel) with the elite version's 6890 Motors. How big of a difference do you think the bigger motors will make in terms of the peformance you tested with the standard 6384 motors?
Honestly I'm not super sure. I have a feel like it's the same esc and the motors are just for better temps? I could be wrong. I've got one in for repair and the cogging of the motors when you turn them by hand is pretty strong, giving the impression they would be stronger, but I imagine they're pretty similar
Thank you for your review. A qq for you, I'm considering the N3 but also looking at N1 2in1 version. What are your thoughts? Which one would you choose and why?
Sorry for the late reply! I would consider this: Do you value weight or range more? The N3 and the N1 are fairly similar, with the N3 being the more premium one. I think the trucks on the N3 look a lot cooler, and of course, you have gear drives. For the gear drives and battery alone I'd consider the upgrade. The N3 is extremely heavy though and compared to the much smaller battery in the N1, the portability does change a lot. It really depends on what you want to get out of it. Me personally, I'd take the N3, despite the N1 being much cheaper. I just like range and gear drives.
I think Acedeck is one of the best brands to buy e boards for any seasoned riders who are suckers for quality kinda like me thou I am still rocking a meepo envy but I am looking to upgrade.
@@RBEMotion I almost bought their Stella S3 instead of a maple envy, but unfortunately the S3 was only sold in Australia so I sell for the envy, but both are amazing boards and I’m satisfied with my purchase
I raced this year at phoenix and really wish I could've pushed my Pivot faster. I've been looking for an upgrade ever since and found the new interstellar 2.0+. It hasn't got the biggest battery but in terms of power it's a bargain. It's got a D100 and reacher motors, so the thing is basically a rocketship. How would you think it'll stack up against the N3? Would it be better than the N3? Do you think you could do an in-depth review on it? Love your videos btw dude, super helpful!
Honestly the interstellar 2.0 seems like a great board! I haven't hit up mboards to see if I could get a demo unit but I should, it would be cool to compare. I am not super familiar with the specs so I can't really compare it off the top of my head. Also, thanks! I'm glad you like them, I try to put as much detail in them as I would want to have!
As long as you have the right pulley size, rbe wheel options are definitely expansive. I would stay away from super tiny ones tho like 85mm just cuz I think you'll have some weird gearing and bad ground clearance. But yeah the options are vast. However like I showed in the video there are kegel and abec options for the gear drive too, you just have to use wheels big enough to clear the case.
I’ve had the N3 for about a month so far. It’s a pretty stable board, but not as nimble as I’d like it to be. I’m coming from a DKP eSk8 with about 1k miles on it. I’ve change to riptide bushings 90a on front, and 93a on the rear; had 93a all around prior to that set up. The cost for find the right bushing set up, does cost money. Not sure why everyone says it’s cheap to upgrade in regards to the bushings. Riptide doesn’t sell the set of 3 like they do for the DKP. The turn radius is still not where i want it to be and lost some of my stability. I do like the board in regards to range, gear drive, and AT wheels. But for the price, the controller could have been better too. If i had to choose again, it would be the Linn Power board.
You're review makes no sense. DKP is basically illegal in terms of stability. It's either stability or good carvingability. Your board is either not well set up or you are hating it by default lol
Did you even contact riptide best company out they’ll tell you exactly what you’ll need for your board and requirements 🤯 you can also flip the front bushing cup for more carve, but do yourself a favor and research before spending and yes it is cheap to upgrade bushings, very foolish if you just buy bushings hoping they will fit 🤣
@@tonytober do get me wrong, I got the n3 because it’s a good board, and is better than what’s out there now, based on what I’m looking for. it is great at high speeds, just not great at making u turns. The intro price of the linn power is about $400 less w/ v4.3, quick change hubs, flexible board, and great service.
*For a biiig board it has a really nice, clean, simple look to it, doesnt have a "bulky" look.* 🤙🏽⚡️🤟🏽⚡️👌🏽 I'd defo go belt drive personally. GaN chargers are usually smaller and run cooler, due to their inherent nature of heat efficiency, suprised that one is big and runs so hot. A 6a GaN charger should be smaller, bit odd that. Nice to see decent range on this 👌🏽 I like the chrome/metallic trucks!
I agree it holds its weight pretty well (44lbs). The Gan charger is a bit on the bigger side compared to exway but not that much. Exway and meepo both had similar heat problems with theirs. It's like companies are thinking : ooh, gan, it can run hotter, but then they neglect the fact that it produces heat at all. A tiny fan and actively cooled heatsink would do it wonders. Very happy with the package overall, but wish it was more maneuverable
Before N3, I had Meepo Hurricane and Exway Flex Pro. N3 was chosen because of the large battery capacity and power reserve. After 3 months of operation. The biggest advantages of N3: Battery, good support, powerful engines, gear drive, w concave, appearance, cross-country ability. The biggest minus: standard wheels, they dangle a little. Inconveniences: unclear angles of the board. What is it made for? It's Doubtful. There are no normal headlights. To sew the bottom of the board, I use rubber moldings for the car thresholds, it looks good .
Hm, interesting feedback. I agree the large battery and power are great features. I would like to see some headlights for it too, but I'm not sure what you mean about the standard wheels.
@@RBEMotion It seems to me that all electric skateboards don't have normal front lights. There are definitely no shredlights, they are too weak. I previously put on my Hurricane on a steel 3 mm bracket 6 diode light, they look like flashlights from jeeps. The perfect solution. JETCAT LIGHT PRO 2600PB.
Definitely looking to get the belt drive version soon. What a board!
