Who's here after watching the deepest breathe in netflix? 🙋♀️
Who was the clever one who decided "That's it, the perfect music for this diving video"
Hahaha
@@dirkjensen969 because they arent breathing compressed air (nitrogen), thats what the bends are
Donald Trump thanks for the input donald
Who was the idiot that couldn't find the volume buttons.
Painful crap
So many world records this year, unbelievable! This one is an excellent performance! Extremely well done!
Perfect style!
A few years ago I've heard that speed was going to be 'the next frontier' in the quest for deeper depths. Alessia and Alexey demonstrated this on this competition. Bravo!
The music makes it sound easy and fun while it's dangerous and hard
no shit
hard? explain how hard is it then? 1 year of training and you can do it already.
DZEE TM a year of training? Bruh, literal scientists have thought that the human body shouldn’t be able to go past 100 meters. Have you even tried freediving before? It takes a fucking decade to dome close to that.
And because of nytrogen narcosis (nytrogen builds up in ur head) basicaly become high. At 40 meters u can alredy feel it well let alone 100.
@@jakelawrenceespinosa lol have you even tried to do 10 meters yet
For those who don't know just how deep 107 meters is in feet, it's 351 ft. - 0.59 in., which is just plain ridiculous! Scuba Divers with tanks can barely go that deep, and they have to use mixed gases of nitrogen & oxygen, which is called "helix", which is a mixture of helium and oxygen and is a form of trimix. Outstanding dive Alessia! 😎👍💯🔥
How can a mixture of nitrogen and oxygen, also be a mixture of oxygen helium? And then after that it’s called something else?
Scuba divers can go much deeper with the proper equipment and training
They use helium and oxygen, we already breathe oxygen and nitrogen lol.
Slight correction. Blending a mixture of Helium and Oxygen is called Heliox. It only has those two gasses and is not trimix. Heliox is relatively uncommon in advanced public deep diving, more common in Commercial and Military. It is only needed when diving very deep. 200m+ This is usually commercial saturation diving.
Trimix, as the name implies uses three gasses Oxygen, Helium and Nitrogen. In both cases the Helium is needed because Nitrogen when breathed under pressure becomes narcotic, you get disoriented and lose mental acuity. Helium has barely any narcotic effect and like nitrogen is an 'inert' gas i.e. not metabolised by the body. On deeper dives oxygen levels need to be lowered in the breathing gas because at deeper depths oxygen becomes toxic and can cause a seizure (which usually results in depth by drowning)
So whilst regular divers air in a single tank at 30m is 21% oxygen and 79% nitrogen (rounding up) A trimix for 100m (people arrive at slightly different % for various reasons) might be something like 10/70 10% oxygen, 70% helium, 20% nitrogen. Such a mix gives you a good partial pressure of oxygen (at depth) very little nitrogen (no narcosis) so a safe mix to dive.
Note that a gas like 10/70 on the surface is hypoxic. If you breathed that for even a few minutes you would pass out. Most people start passing out from hypoxia once O2 levels get below about 14% but it varies.
Since out bodies metabolise oxygen, it is only the inerts of Nitrogen and Helium that cause bubbles which need to be off gassed. So when you hear of divers getting bent (suffering Decompression Sickness) it is the inert gas/gasses causing the problem.
Most freedivers do not suffer from DCS, but it has happened. Conversely many freedivers going to around 100m are routinely reporting they are affected ny Nitrogen Narcosis. This will only be more more common as depths are pushed deeper and deeper Hard to believe that it was only the 1960s when Jacque Mayol broke 50m and doctors predicted any deep would kill a human because of lung collapse, now there are dozens if not a hundred divers who have been to 100m.
Alessia is a machine !
You need to work on your facts. The gas generally used for deep diving is a simple mix of oxygen and helium and is known as 'Heliox'. As it contains only those two gases it is NOT a trimix. Nitrogen is removed for most deep-diving mixes but is sometimes added to reduce the helium % and then it becomes a 'Trimix' (O2/He/N2).
I’m so glad that she kept going, bravo!
That part where she becomes negative buoyant and drops like a stone is scary... as you know that you will need to swim hard to get back up.
its not that hard actually to get back up but holding your breath while go 107m its hard you must train at least 4 times a week for more than 3 years depend on the person lol
Samuel Iam thank you for confirming that...its been some years since I did any dives where I became 'negative' buoyant but I still remember the burning legs on the way up.
What is this negative buoyant?
Samuel Iam thank you for the info, and I am sorry to hear about your friend. I recently started spearfishing with a friend so this is all very new and interesting to me.
Samuel Iam its the increase in CO2 which stimulates the need to breath and the sudden lack of O2 to the brain which causes SW Black-out. At depth the partial pressure of O2 is increased (Dalton's Law) however the 10 meter to surface range is where that O2 partial pressure will suddenly be halved (the greatest pressure change is 0 to 10m depth) so what may be enough to sustain consciousness at -10m depth may not do so when rising shallower.
If you reach 10m with an O2 partial pressure of 0.18 bar you will only have 0.6 bar at 5m and 0.4 bar on reaching the surface - so somewhere in that range its lights out!
This is awesome on many levels, thanks for sharing the amazing time capsule of history
Really cool seeing the light disappear at depth, particularly dramatic from around 75-90 meters.
It was like: hey Alessia can you dive without oxygen?
Alessia: Hold my BEEReath!
boooo! 🍅💨
And turn that shitty music off
😅😅😅😅
I need to make a video about how to use the “mute button”. It looks like it would get 10 million views according to the comments on this video.
mpgxsvcd thats your only comment...what an a hole you are💩
Nah. Why would people mute the video, the music ruined the video
People dont want to mute it people want a nice sound.
Watch this in the bathroom, I try to hold my breath as soon as she dive.
I died btw
KRYSS 😂
RIP
He! he!
Yeah..she makes it look so easy even when you know it's not.
Well done Alessia that was a very beautiful dive👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Awesome Awesome achievement and congratulations to Alessia for achieving this endeavour.....Forget the music guys lets not think about it too much...
I could beat this, I just wouldn't be able to return to the surface
But you still wouldn't be beating the world record. It was actually set in 2014 by William Winram at 147m, 40 meters more than in this video. Gotta love that clickbait!!!
@@KareBear-th6vq no,his was a different class VWT while this video is CWT.he rode a sled down to the depth of 145m
Dhdfjddjryfuehfjsjcdifjfjrkkdhgodhfjfkkdkfjfhd,kvhc
I would drown at five meters and just sink to the bottom

Absolutely amazing she is living her dream she deserves so much respect bravo😅
Grandissima! complimenti per il risultato, guardando la discesa sembra una cosa semplice ma chissa a quanto stress e' sottoposto il tuo corpo.
Ancora Brava!!!!!!
I want her monofin. She seems to glide effortlessly. Which is of course not only because of her equipment, but hard work and talent. But still, she's soo incredible fast, without moving too much.
Lots of practice needed to use those efficiently
@@norml.hugh-mann wow. That's exactly what I just said. Thanks anyways.
Excellent & superb music
WOW! Alessia Zecchini, you are amazing! 💖 to you&crew. Down to 107meters and come up with a smile..Your mind&body are strong, to endure that! Johanna, sweden
Awesome technique up to the surface! She is the best!
So amazing!!
Sooo I must have gotten here after the so called terrible music was removed xD amazing dive ugh I can barely go down 10 ft without my head wanting to explode from pressure haha amazing work n dedication
Ikr I’ve been swimming down to 7ft and the pressure be like-
You have to equalize the preesure
Amazing. So clean. Makes it look easy.
What I love about the ocean is how quiet it is down there.
Bellissimo!! Alessia italian glory!
Imagine going so deep that LIGHT is to afraid to go down there......
Am I really the only person with volume control.🤔
@Never Gonnatell shut up
guess those answers are a lesson for all who dare criticize criticism 😁
Beautifully said
But I like hearing them call out the meters. :(
It is amazing that in these times you can force the body to incredible overload
That’s amazing !! Love this!
Amazing - my deep respect!
Incredible!!
for godsake please get rid of this disco santa claus music....
it has fucking infested every fucking travel videos too... pretty much all travel videos nowadays must have: Santa Claus disco music, over-editing with leet effects, instagram filters, some clickbait ass, and again did I mention annoying disco Santa Claus music ?
People's favorite new pastime is finding anything to complain about.
BubblewrapHighway yeah but it really does suck tho.|
BubblewrapHighway you’re not wrong, but it is obnoxious when you want volume but not shitty music like this.
You can choose to watch or not watch any video...Bitching just makes you look like....well, a Bitch....something tells me your used to that image though
Bloody brilliant!!
congrats to her.. good luck for next challenges but i don't understand why the person who made this video hates Alessia so much, no one deserves that music
😁
Maybe because it was her first VB after Steve Keenan death. Alessia is incredible.
Well Done Alessia Zecchini..!! :)

Muy buena tecnica pienso q en unos años mas ponga nuebos record
amazing.. take the breath for so long at that deep and even wasting energy to go down there and then rise..
Impressive..
the music took it into a higher level 😍😍😍😍
That was so damn impressive.
Seres extraordinarios! 👏👏👏
I turned the volumn off. 351 feet OMG!!!!! That is amazing!!! Congratulations!!!
Wow.pumping down n up at that depth is breathtaking .
They are all soo proud of her 🥹🥹🥹
That was amazing
I have breathing issues, cant breath from my nose. Was just having a nap and woke up choking, finaly decided to lay down and watch youtube and GUESS WHAT VIDEO COMES IN MY RECOMENDATIONS lolzzz . Jokes aside wow! Just WOW!
I'll be honest the music is the greatest to accompany whats happening on the video. At the same time I just watched this event on another video with the Japanese lady doing the dive and the music was so tense I had trouble breathing.
at least have the decency to share the link

The grace of her mechanics is so beautiful to watch.
Hate to say I loved it...It's so bloody dangerous ..But I did ...What a buzz that must be to do that..And how many hours did she train to do such an incredible feet..Big respect..

Pretty sure you meant 'feat'
And years....not hours
WOW She is just amazing.
How is this humanely possible?...... Absolutely breathtaking 😱
Mens record is 130 m or 135 even crazier.
The human body never ceases to amaze!!
the One who created it is far more impressive Yeshua Messiah Himself....
Bravo! Bravissimo!!!
Stunning, this was am amazing achievements, for all the naysayers, the music was good choice, last section as comes to the surface and the team in support atmospheric
This is so impressive.
Amazing :)
Insane!!! She's amazing...
Well done. Wonder how many years of training went into that. Pushing human performance to the limit!
My favorite part of these is when they pass a certain point and their buoyancy changes, rocketing them downwards with barely any swimming needed anymore.
30 metres
Incredible 🤙
OMG very nice video
Watched the entire thing without music...and it was beautiful:)
Amazing 👍
Extraordinario
I liked the music.
Amazing!!!!.NY💝
This is only possible when you are a super human fish. When life it self is a meditation. Where ever breath you take is life it self. Thank you for the beautiful experience..

How lovely ..wishing can do it one day 😀
Impressionante 👌🏻👍🏻
Great achievement, but terrible music .. it literally ruined the video....
Funny I didn't even hear the music was too engrossed in the actual dive "brilliant effort"
+tazzytiger77 Same here. Thumbs-Up #1 on your comment.
Didn't even notice the music, was focused on the dive
There was music??
Magic!
That was awesome. What the human can accomplish.
She made that look easy. Incredible.
This is an incredible athletic achievement. totally inspiring. Its true what they say about the dodgy music, however I'm guilty of that too from time to time
I am hoping those 206 dislikes are because of the music and not the video.. This is amazing !!
It's from the people that tried and didn't make it 😹 I'm 3 years late
👏👏Show!!!
Complimenti 🌹🌹🌹
I was holding my breath. I couldn't keep up. She is good
