Excellent video. for first timer's, let me add a tip to help avoid some of the problems that I ran into: Make your initial 'left side' crossover loop small and as close to the previous knot as possible. This way, when you start cinching things up, you don't have gaps. The first half of my bracelet was a little lumpy and uneven, but the second half looked as tight as the one in the video-- because I figured this little detail out. I'd start mine too big and too far down on the untied cord, so when I cinched up, there were slight gaps in the knots leading to an uneven look.

I really enjoyed making this. Nice and simple. A couple things I learned about making these is, don't make them exactly the circumference of your wrist. You need to make them a little shorter to allow for the amount of stretch that will happen once worn (even when you have tight knots). Another thing... Keep count of the # of knots that works for your wrist. I think mine is 27. My wrist is about 6.5 inches.

My nephew has been asking me for weeks to show him how to tie a paracord bracelet, this was just what I needed. Thanks.
Not the easiest thing to teach a 5 and 9 year old. But all the adults picked it up from the first 5 min of your video, and were able to teach the kids the proper way to make the knot, but it was difficult for them to properly sinch the the knot. I found that after you tie the correct knot, you can alternate pulling the Left and Right cords while softly pulling the knot into the base of the wristband.
I personally, made an approximately 18" (45.72cm) strand in about 2 hours.
Although I was unable to teach my nephews correctly.
(If I might suggest) Making a condensed version more appropriate for younger audiences. For example under 5:00 min? I believe the RUclips algorithm favors +10:00 min, but "Exposure is Exposure". I think something orientated towards kids (Or at least techniecs to teach kids) would be helpful.
I appreciate the work you have put into this video, so I will let it play till the end. And again, Thanks.

Great tutorial! :-) One helpful tip would be to specify the length of paracord to start out with for an adult sized bracelet -- the piece I used to follow along ended up a bit too short and I ran out of slack towards the end!
By my approximation it takes 5 inches of paracord for 1 inch of bracelet, so assuming you wanted an 8" knot plus an extra 18"-24" of each strand for the closure, you should start with 7' to be on the safe side.

I am going to try to make one of these as a wrist lanyard for my slingshot, I think where you end it with the stopper knot, after the stopper knot ill keep going and continue it with a loop to go through the lanyard hole on the handle of the slingshot! It should be perfect for that, the snake knot wrist part will be more support around my wrist than just a single strand of paracord, more comfortable to. Thanks for the video, I subscribed for more ideas!

Or pull back the outer layer, cut the inner short, let the outer back out, melt and close it. Then the end is thinner, you can push it through easily both. Then pull through both strands together.
