Could be an oversight, but I really don't get why they are revealing certain characters this late that we already know from the demos instead of showing them sooner before we saw their supers.
It's mainly for promotional purposes. Not everyone has been following the demo, but people will tune into trailers since those get the most amount of views on the official channels.
