I really love all the natural light and clean lines. This is a great house. We live in a 798 sq ft home, 2 bedroom, 1 bath home with our 4 rescue dogs. It's a small but very cozy home. It's a 1950 mid-century bungalow. We never had to follow the tiny house trend. We live in one! lol

Bedroom two has no closet space. Could hang clothes on wall behind door and use decorative shelves for clothes in baskets to keep the clean lines. Otherwise love the layout and huge no. of large windows. The windows definitely give the home an airy feeling. Be nice if outside deck on side of home had a stairway to roof that allowed for a rooftop entertaining area and garden. Dining room table needs to be shifted closer to stairs to allow for a kitchen island for meal prep. Overall I love the design especially a 4 bedroom/2 bath home in 945 sqft design. The outdoor decks allow for additional outdoor living space expanding the homes square footage in a very usable,, livable way. Great job with this home design. PS not sure where laundry area and mechanicals go, definitely need a water tank
I really like this design, My vacant lot (7m x 20m) property is located in an elevated 140sqm lot, front side of the house facing sunrise and the back is facing sunset with a beautiful peaceful sea view, I will put a terrace instead of 2nd BR in front of the stairs (2/F), where I can put the laundry area too, a tiny coffee nook, with patio chairs and table, relaxing while enjoying the view of the Philippine West Sea. That will sure be my retirement home :) I wonder how much it will cost if the terrace for the back is the same length of the one in the front. So Beautiful lay out design :)
Very beautiful design. In Kenya they estimate the cost of construction to be $350~$650 per square meter, depending on how fine the finishing/furnishing will be.

I'm lovin' what you did in the master bedroom. Overall, I like the first floor design. However, the kitchen needs a big adjustment. You make stone and panel feature walls look good. I also like the use of accent lighting.
Very nicely designed, although I would probably like to have a small family room for watching movies and such. I really like the high ceilings and it gives each room a more spacious feel. Do you foresee any structural limitations if this model was constructed using iron rebar and concrete?

Move the ones on this one to the right side ;-) Kitchen needs more counter space. 1 foot of counter space is not very useful. Master needs private bathroom (open space on stairs could be used for that with some dimensional adjustments). I don't see any HVAC on the ground floor, only in the three bedrooms on the top floor.
