I love this design, especially the powder room downstairs! The only thing I’d add would be a laundry room & deck off the back of the kitchen! Great design! 🥰
I would turn the small WC on the main floor off the kitchen into a small laundry/utility room, (because I didn't see any in this design). This would also allow access for under-stair storage. I'd then take the ensuite entrance from the bedroom on the main level and put it out in the wall across from the dining table.
I like the laundry room idea and I might make the entry into just a sitting area and then make one of the upstairs bedrooms into the tv room. I don't like to open the front door right into my lounging area
The design of this room is very practical. Very suitable for ordinary families. Every room receives sunlight during the day. If there is a basement, the design is more complete.

Raise it up, put the garage on main floor, patio on the roof, extend the Masterbed room with ensuite, too many small rooms, make it a huge one bedroom Master !

That would mean the downstairs bedroom would go away making this a 2 bdrm home. Don't waste the space under the stairs. Looks great! There is a lot of unused room under the first floor stairwell next to the common half bathroom. I see room for a 4th bedroom instead of the second floor porch and room for stairs to go to the roof for a roof deck.
I love the color you've use in this project its clear compared to others they use black and brown it looks dirty and the furniture you've been use was nice and its looks bigger but the size is small
I like this great design, just got the dimension of my lot 7x20, its located in an elevated property, the front door is facing East and the back is really a nice view (The Philippine west sea) the higher side is on the right side going down to left side so I will prefer the mirror image lay out so i can view from the terrace the lower side of the other property and the park amenities. Thank you for sharing this design :)
Pocket doors for the interior would give the bedrooms and bathrooms more space. A modern glass panel door for the patio would also give the illusion of more space.

But sexy times will generate noise between walls. I could easily see the parents sacrificing the master bedroom that's downstairs for one of the more tucked away ones upstairs. There's hardly any space to store anything though. You'd have to really be into the minimalism lifestyle. 4 people (2 parents, and 2 children) would be really really snug in there. It'd make an amazing how for 1-2 people though. A couple could have the master bedroom, and then the two spares could be converted into offices or storage. The bike tucked away at the corner of the property without clear window viewing is screaming "steal me." But maybe I've grown up in more dangerous neighborhoods than this, lol...
I would make the toilet in the ground floor into a common toilet with the entry door facing the dining area.while the powder room i would make into a storage+laundry area

Solar panels on the roof - high levels of insulation? I also agree that some form of laundry might be needed. As a concept for say student accommodation it would seem to work well, and looks good.

Preference ko lang if I am the owner of this nicely designed house, I would make the big 2nd floor terrace to be my master suite extended all the way back. I will keep a small 1 meter balcony at the front. Space utilization is prime for small houses.
Great deisgn and concept. However, the issue with these type of home designs are the lack of security and privacy when you are home and may want to keep a low profile.

If it was my design, I would make the living room bigger by getting rid of the downstairs bedroom. To me it needs to be the one main room that is wide open and not any feeling of claustrophobia, and that’s always been the living room to me. Most of all these tiny houses the living room is so small, it’s like traveling in a larger truck camper.
