Beautiful video Simon!! 😍 Really enjoyed it! The trains are SO cute!! What fancy toys!!! 😍❤️ The garden is gorgeous. What a dream to have a whole train track backyard like that!!! 😍😍😍 I love the different angles you captured. Gorgeous made video. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 And that dog! 😘🥰❤️

Hello Simon, a very nice garden railway, great locomotives and trains that ran on the layout. Thank you for showing it and have a nice week. Best regards Wolfgang
Love the style of this video! Great to hear everyone had a nice time. Something is just right about running trains with tea, coffee, and cake to compliment!
@@kenshores9900 I'm not too bad thanks. Just busy between full time work (and being knackered as a result of), life chores and faff, playing in a band, being sociable with friends and family, working on a real steam railway sometimes..... I really barely have time for videos, let alone work on models. Ah well. It's all fun. I hope you're well too Ken. Cheers!
What a gem of a place! Such a lovely layout, tons of details and nice garden to boot! Very interesting trains and rolling stock to watch, grabbed a few ideas from watching. Great video, thanks.
David Munn and his Wife have created a beautiful Garden Railway. While the Trains were nice to watch, it seemed they were running a little too fast at times. Thank you for sharing your experience of this outdoor railroad.
Love the home built rail systems! Especially those with real snow removal equipment, flanges and rotary blowers. I must admit one of my favorites is Rod Stewart's, which he built the majority of it himself. Check it out if you haven't already!
Oh yes I've seen pictures of Rod's railroad. He said a few years ago that he was making a film about it. I'm still waiting! I know a year or two ago he moved back to the UK, and the railroad was packed up and shipped. I'm yet to see anything of it from the UK. Anyway, it looks an amazing layout!
@@ThatBIGTRAINGuy Yeah I myself have been waiting for the film. Truly amazing with all the Skyscrapers and buildings it is pretty incredible! If not mistaken he basically only needed help with was the wiring. Very Cool!
@@Charles53412 Yes, I believe he built the layout with the help of a couple of friends, but Rod's talent was in the buildings. He'd have a second hotel room when on tour (specially requested to have good ventilation) so he could work on his sky scrapers.
@@ThatBIGTRAINGuy Yeah I heard much the same. It is really cool to see what some entertainers find to do to break the monotony in order to relax, especially those with hobbies such as this.

It's very nice indeed. Re the steamer, I still have a problem with them speeding up and slowing down Yes a bit of steam looks good but for me it does not offset the releastic benefits of the Electric ones, especially with modern sound cards.
Yes, true. They are hard to control, and often hard to run at a scale speed. Most are capable with practice. I'll hopefully see how I get on with mine soon. Thank you!
Ha! Noooo. I'm not sure I've ever seen a live steam Big Boy. Nope, it's a C-18. A lovely thing, but needs some repairs first as quality control at the factory was not paying attention.
