Thanks So much for all the kind words ...I think your never ready to have your layout put on tape...There were many things I would of liked to have completed before the filming...But That's How it goes...I like the teo Bloopers at the end the best...F.J.
I have buildings made out of precision board painted with water based hobby paint from Michael's. Once dry, they are sprayed with a Krylon clear kote matte finish. I have left the buildings out for as much as 2-3 years and the fading was minimal. About every two years, I wash the buildings off, let them dry and spray them again. Works great!
Ive had the privilege of seeing John's HO layout several times during O Scale West. It is fantastic and John is a great host. I have only seen the beginnings of the outdoor layout so this was nice to see it all finished up (for the most part!).
Great video! I saw F. John's garden layout as it was developing during an open house for his mind-blowing HO inside layout. Both are great in their own ways. F. John is a great modeler and host.
That’s a really impressive presentation! I would imagine a wide two or three concrete step up in the middle where the scaffold is placed. I’d really like to see how this progresses this year!👍👍
It's great seeing your layout, it looks terrific! I'd love to see it in person, but I'm in Ohio and I don't get west of the Mississippi River hardly ever. Thank you very much for sharing it on RUclips. Have you ever thought about mounting a micro camera to the Locomotive and running it around the layout?
My neighbors think I’m nuts playing trains. Wow, I don’t care, and just want to say your layout is awesome, thank you for sharing. 😊❤❤❤
Awesome work….
Thanks tom...
Love the Ringling poster
Definitely inspired!
Thanks so much...

Thanks again
That is indeed beautiful and something to be proud of! I'd love to have the space for something like this to run my 1:20.3 locomotives.
Thanks so much...
That is a cool layout!
Thanks so much...
